• This started with a spring maintenance call for checking the ac unit. The two techs were not compliant & incompetent There was nothing wrong with this unit until they did a maintenance check on it. The technicians amped the capacitor, leaving the wires burnt and within eight hours to the AC unit did not work. Contacting Express, AC and heating we were scheduled. For a 10 AM service to repair and replace the capacitor on 5/29/25 they were a no-show. I will say to never use this company! 0 stars . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had a emergency where my furnace would not stay on and they showed up right away and fixed the temperature control module in furnace on the spot and never had an issue after that. They were very polite and respectful towards us and the house. All the precautions were taken to not dirty the house or anything like that. • Hakim, Mohamed,Dan and Ali performed a phenomenal job replacing my furnace.Sunday night I had no heat and after calling few HVAC companies that I used before and none answered my calls and messages,a friend of mine recommended Hakim who replied to my message immediately even though it was a weekend.Next day he came 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and took photos of the existing unit .30 minutes after he left Mohammad and Dan showed and replaced the furnace.I was so worried about not having heat in my house considering that we were expecting a snow storm but Express heating and cooling went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied.I would like to thank the whole Express team for their punctuality and professionalism in this kind of era where plenty businesses rely on fast profits and not customer satisfaction.

• HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Express was both Affordable but committed to high quality work for a full Heat + central air replacement at my home. Not only were they affordable, but delivered on more than they said including making sure my gas appliance lines were updated. Ahmad the service manager came to inspect my furnace and gave me a free city inspection report and did not charge anything for his visit, unlike other companies who wanted to charge me just for coming out. They did everything up to code tested all gas lines water lines and made sure both the heat and ac worked perfectly. On top of that they cleaned up very well after their job. Very skilled and worth every penny and highly recommended.
