• This was the best experience I have ever had with any house work. Starting with the choosing process of the new AC/furnace system bought for my house, where my needs were met with attention and technical education instead of the usual “sales pitch” of sub-standard equipment at a high price, all the way to the installation, everything was flawless. At a time when honesty and competence is in low supply all over, it is reassuring to find a business that excels in both. Of note: during installation the crew noticed an issue with the plumbing system of the house, and were kind enough to alter the installation to allow for the AC system to operate while the plumbing issue was resolved. Yesterday, as the crew return to finalize the installation, I could witness more closely how careful they are in doing an “extra mile” work (“Rudy” in particular - I think this is his name). They were extremely careful and attentive to details. I will certainly be referring your company to friends and family. Thank you again for all the help! 🙏🏻

• I cannot say enough good things about Wilber, Luis, and the entire team. They have earned my trust over the years through their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Most recently, we experienced a major issue with our outdoor A/C unit. From the very beginning, Wilber stayed personally involved, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and even worked directly with Goodman on my behalf to try to get the entire condenser replaced. Although Goodman ultimately declined a full replacement, Wilber never stopped advocating for us. Instead of taking shortcuts, they replaced the compressor, fan motor, wiring harness, contactor, capacitor, hard-start kit, installed surge protection, converted the system to the new R-32 refrigerant, and thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was operating exactly to the manufacturer’s specifications before they left. Luis and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. What really sets this company apart, though, is how they treat their customers. Over the years they’ve gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion, even helping us with things they could have charged for but chose not to because they genuinely care about their customers. That kind of integrity is hard to find today. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that stands behind its work, communicates honestly, treats customers with respect, and truly does the right thing, I recommend them without hesitation. We have found our HVAC company for life. Thank you, Wilber, Luis, and the entire team for taking such great care of our family.

• They did work on my home a few months ago and it burned up last night. Could have lost my home because of their carelessness. I also just spoke to the owner Wilvur Ventura who said he will not refund me. The part and labor is not under warranty and he is sure he did a good job because it didn’t catch fire in the winter and he said this job was not done poorly. I told him I will take him to small claims court if I do not receive a refund (I was charged about $800 for reference, the relay cost $11. They charged me over $700 for labor) he said he gets taken to small claims court often so he doesn’t care. If a business is taken to small claims court often then it is NOT a good business. There are plenty more HVAC business that are talented and are not careless with their job like this. I encourage you to go elsewhere.

The team recently came out to my home on to evaluate airflow concerns following a propane heat conversion they completed previously. From scheduling to follow-up, the entire experience was professional, punctual, and thorough.
