I have been very pleased with the quality and service from Family Heating and Air conditioning. I have the service contract and when my heater would not start up this week, they fixed the problem at no charge within a few days. They have always been responsive to any request. Great company!

I called Family Heating &Air Conditioning because my air conditioning wasn't working. I called 8 o'clock in the morning and they got here by noon. Brew was the technician who came out quickly seen what the problem was. He seen there was no power going to the unit and asked if I had shut anything off. He want down stairs and seen that the emergency switch was turned off. He turned the switch on and the unit came on. As always, fantastic service. our AC stopped cooling. Technician was hwre within an hour. He was courteous and professional. Checked everything out. A capacitor shorted out. Quick replacement. Up and getting cool again. While the Technician was here he had taken a quick look at the gas furnace they replaced a few years ago to make sure it was in a good state (pressure, pipes, etc.).
