• Had an issue with the old A/C not working texted Shane and he was by the next day. He seems to be available by phone, text email and whatsapp all the time and answers all questions. If I (customer) don't want something he will not push it on you. He is very hardworking, honest and knows what he is doing, and if somethings not right he will make sure it's right and explain the reasoning. Unit;was 25 yrs old and had to be replaced due to old low refrigerant not widely available or used anymore and could have a leak. So the A/C unit + condenser and motherboard for it to communicate to the old furnace. I mentioned about different brands that I liked and disliked and no pressure on choosing which one. We worked out a deal and the install was completed successfully. I highly recommend Shane for any HVAC gas, A/C, or heating work.

• I was looking for a heating and cooling service person in the Oakville area for any upcoming A/C or heating. I had a company check out a gas line leak that was cracked at my gas stove. This company was there the next day and quoted me a price. • Shane is a fantastic professional, very patient and well informed to fix any HVAC problem. We had a contractor cut out a main section of duct work leaving us with an inoperable HVAC.
