⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about Randy and Five Star A/C and Heating! As a new homeowner in New Orleans and first-time duplex owner, I had a lot to learn about HVAC maintenance and managing systems for a rental property. Randy installed a brand-new HVAC system on the owner’s side of my duplex and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He also installed my Nest Learning Thermostats and taught me how to use and maintain them properly. I really appreciated that he always consulted with me before making any major decisions and never made me feel pressured. Randy was ON TIME every single time, which is rare and greatly appreciated. He was also extremely respectful of my home—cleaning up after himself, including the drywall mess that came with the installation, so I never felt like I was left with a mess to deal with. With 25 years in the HVAC industry, Randy also shared valuable advice about maintaining my investment and how some of his other customers handle HVAC situations for their tenants. He genuinely wanted to make sure I understood how to properly care for my system. Randy is knowledgeable, humble, down-to-earth, and professional. The level of personalized service I received was exceptional and honestly something I don’t think you get from many larger companies. I’m so happy to have found someone I can trust and confidently call if I ever have an HVAC issue. I highly recommend Randy and Five Star A/C and Heating!

Outstanding! Knowledgeable, works fast, and dependable! Contacted them on a Saturday, and he was willing to come out that evening! Unfortunately, I had another arrangement. So he came at 7 am on a Sunday! On time and right on time. Got the AC unit up and working fast, checked both units, and came back the next day to replace a part that was covered under warranty. He took care of my Mom! Can't trust too many folks these days, but you can trust these guys!

Randy is the best. My 11 yr old hvac system stopped working on Saturday morning with temperatures in the 80s. Randy initially wasn't able to arrive at my home until 5:00pm. The alternative company I called arrived at 9:30 am and stated I would need a new air handler at a very steep price. When Randy called me back and stated he could come by to inspect the system, he not only was able to temporarily get my system back up and running (and also came prepared with 2 window units just in case) so that my family would not be without A/C for two days, his pricing saved us $3000 compared to the other company. Great service all around from Randy! I definitely will recommend him to anyone who is need of professional, affordable and compassionate service.
