Never been more comfortable! Amazing customer service, fair pricing, professional staff. I had to replace two units after my twenty year old systems failed. Did my research and selected General Heating and Air. After installation, the crew were conscientious about cleaning up, even wiping fingerprints from the attic door! New systems cooled the house better than ever and are super quiet. Highly recommend!

General AC and Heating has always been there for us!! 3 times in 10 years my ac went down and they always got it fixed 2 times in the middle of summer heat the coil went out and fortunately the mfg warranty covered the cost and when the new one arrived they installed it in one day. Which kept my wife happy and cool. 2 times every year they do a maintenance check and found issues during those checks and spent the time to figure out what was wrong and got it fixed. Thanks Gen AC & Heat.!!!

Recently bought and re-leveled my duplex. One of the 4 units stopped working. I called the company that the property had been using and they stated that the whole thing needed replacement. Called General and Jeremiah came out and it was just a fuse! $85 service call with a truly pleasant serviceman and it’s running just fine now. Honest and nice, what more can you ask for?

Came out for estimate for broken compressor. Paid the service call and agreed to have them repair it. The next day I had to chase them down to set the appointment and was rudely told they “weren’t interested in taking the job.” I begged them to help me as it was 80 degrees in my house with no AC and they rudely refused with no reason. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Great service and professionalism all the way! My initial call to General was back in July when I got home and it was 89° in my house. They were able to get someone out to my home within two hours. A new capacitor was installed and the system began cooling. I was so impressed with the prompt and knowledgeable service that I took out a maintenance agreement. Last week I called for my first of two service calls and Mr. Dennis was dispatched. He saved me from some serious water damage as my A/C drain pan was about to overflow. He unclogged both drains and made sure my furnace was safe to run for the winter. I highly recommend them.

Love our new AC installation!! We’ve had monthly service for a very long time that’s always been great! They told me it’s finally time to get a new AC. The old one was on its last leg. Wish I would’ve done it sooner, because I just got in my Entergy bill and it went down $300!! So happy and grateful!!
