• Good service. Quick response to call and came on the same day. We had problems of gas leakage in the main kitchen under the stove and the boiler piping in the basement. Alan came and replaced the gas regulator and shut off valve. Professional. He also assessed our boiler system which was a basic design. We agreed an upgrade of the system to optimize the efficiency of the boiler. Another team came few days later. Simon and Saber did the job well. They added air separator, replaced piping and gas line, wiring. The work was efficient, clean and tidy. There was also a follow up call for any problem. They are professional and responsive.

• I called pro master heating for an natural gas furnace that needed to be replaced or serviced on an annual inspection. upon arriving, Alan was very knowledgeable about furnaces of all kinds and he described to me the condition of my old furnace and the fact fortis bc had a big rebate to offer if we were to purchase a new furnace. while i was talking with Alan during the inspection of my furnace, i felt that he was very honest and professional, didnt tell me random things to upsale me or any type of sales tactics. But instead he was giving me the best advice and what i should do going forward with my certain situation. prior to calling Alan my furnace system kept blowing out the pilot light and started to have delayed ignition. i had experiences with other technicians and i can tell you this, not all of them are honest. Alan was quick with booking me a whole day job and he also had a helper with him that was very well collected and also their work truck was full of all kinds of tools to solve difficult situations that may arise. when they finished, they cleaned everything up. Not to mention the space they had to install the new furnace was super tight, only 1 person can fit in the room. not one time did they get frustrated! I have to say the quality of installation and diagnostics problems was very good, they company takes pride in their service and reputation and recommends you the quality products that they stand behind. Its been more than a month and my new furnace is super quiet and strong. No wonder this company has 5 star ratings and the best reviews!

• We called Alan @ Pro Master Heating for couple of things. We needed to fix the controls for our HRV system, service our boiler, fix a few plumbing issues created by previous owner, and also to install smart thermostats. After a long discussion with Alan over couple of weeks, I came to realization that a smart thermostat will be too much of a headache for us to do as our house is not wired for it.
