I had a very concerning experience with Mega Hydronics regarding basic safety and site awareness. At approximately 10:30 a.m., one of their trucks was parked in our underground parking area with the front of the vehicle extending well into the driving path for the entrance and exit area of the building. When I first came into the building, the vehicle had been parked in the driveway area. After I asked for it to be moved, it was relocated to the garbage pickup area, but it was still left partially blocking the driving path even though there appeared to be plenty of room behind it to park more safely. There were no pylons, markings, or visible safety measures around the truck while it was parked in an active driving area. I contacted someone named Robert from the company and explained my concerns. He told me he would take care of it immediately. Nearly three hours later, the truck was still parked in the same unsafe position. Based on what I observed, I would seriously question whether this company properly trains its staff on safe parking, site safety, and working around occupied residential buildings. If a contractor cannot safely park before the work even begins, that says a lot about their attention to safety. In my opinion, this showed poor judgment, poor site awareness, and a lack of basic safety procedures. After I submitted my complaint, someone from their company called me two times, which I never answered and sent me text messages. One of the text messages said I am cute.

Our bathroom tiles had minor cracks, but when the MegaHydronics plumber came to do some repairs, he ended up making the cracks worse and making the damages to the tiles more apparent and irreversible. When we brought it to the company's attention, they refused to mitigate the situation. Would not recommend in the future.

I have been working with Ali and MegaHydronics for several years. They are my go-to firm for mechanical/plumbing expertise and are very knowledgable/skilled.
