Went with Trane equipment which was highly recommended by a few colleagues and really noticed the difference in our house with the new furnace. Looking forward to having and using the air conditioning unit when the weather gets warmer.

  • Very happy with our choice to go with Prima Plumbing. I had a few emails/phone calls with Dino to discuss our service and felt understood and supported. Andrew the plumber came and fixed something for us very easily. We didn't have the correct part to complete the job, but he directed us to the exact part we needed and educated us on how to install it ourselves after we bought the correct part. We are very happy with our service by Prima Plumbing and I would work with Dino and Andrew again.

  • Owner Dino contacted me to replace my busted hot water tank. He guided me how to approach the warranty process and guided me to get the tank replaced asap. Both Dino and his team went above and beyond... even took the old tank to Home Depot for me and installer Brad waited to make sure HD had all the information. Brad also guided me how to get warranty refund. After installation Brad gave me detailed "tour" of my new HW Tank and a summary of do's and don'ts. Dino called me the next day to make sure everything was working fine. The entire Prima team is awesome, highly recommended!

  • Really pleased. This was the kind of service you hope for! Our heat pump was not delivering cool air. Andy diagnosed a reversing valve failure which meant replacing the heat pump. He explained the situation clearly and said he would call the manufacturer's tech support to make sure he was right. He called back, said the tech support agreed with him, but he wanted to come by again at no charge to make sure there was nothing else he could do. He came back with a list of things to check and found a wiring problem. The heat pump is working again, saving us thousands.

  • I claimed warranty for Rheem Electric hot water tank due to burned out element and faulty thermostat. Rheem engaged Prima plumbing to fix the tank and I got hooked up with Brad. Despite strange spare supply problems for Rheem water tank, Brad went out of the way to get the spares for us and installed them in time. Although I was pushing Brad as I was without hot water for couple of days during these cold days but Brad never lost his cool and showed up the next day with spare parts. I am very happy with the service and patience.
