• 2026Sep25 Update Review, still a solid 5-star rating for Thermo Furnace work replacing our 30+years boiler/hot-water tank system with a Navien Combi Boiler. Pictures of the two system enclosed. We called Heko/Thermo Furnace immediately when our hot water-tank leaked. As always, Heko completed this job with persistent commitment to high quality, surpassing the guidelines set by our strata council's hired engineer company. We much appreciate Heko insisting on the system and material which works best for us, drawn from his 20+ years of experience than following the strata established guideline just for passing the city's inspection. Our new system is both a technical and artistic accomplishment: a pride for Heko and a joy for us. Your work is top-notch Heko, keep doing what you are doing! We found Thermo Furnace from Better Business Bureau website with A+ rating. We were pleasantly surprised that Heko (the Owner) is one of those rare skilled trades people with true passion and integrity who still give a fair price. Their website, http://thermofurnace.ca/, is an understatement of the quality of their work and service commitment. We almost hesitated to call Thermo Furnace because there was no review anywhere, but we did; and that is one of the best decision we ever made. Heko gave us a free estimate, an as-is information between staying with our 30years old boiler & refurbished or replacing it with a high efficient combination system and sincerely telling us to take time to think about it. One thing we like most is Heko's commitment with NOT replacing any part that is not broken. That is eco-friendly in action! After careful deliberation, we finally chose to to stay with our good old boiler&tank. Today, 11December2023, Heko spent hours (yet only charged a flat rate) making sure they can will be good to run as long as possible (ie until the heat-exchanger gave up because no one has any stock anymore on our 1994 Made in Canada Allied Engineering boiler), replacing PRV, flushing, service/repair/replace zone valves and shut-off valves. We will be calling on Thermo Furnace for all our HVAC need. Thank you so much Heko.

• Hiko (Andy) was highly recommended by my neighbour. Before: My old boiler (23 years) & hot water tank (10 years) were end of life, requiring costly maintenance. After: I like the clean, customized installation of my new Navien combi boiler - delivers hot water on demand efficiently and whole house heating. In addition, Hiko laid new plywood over the old decrepit flooring so the utility space is now easy to access and provides extra storage space.
