With our experience we are able to help people and companies choose the perfect AC or heating units so you’re not too hot or cold, you’re just right! Our service technicians are certified, to help our clients with their HVAC issues. It begins with the installation; the right heater or air conditioner will help you avoid future headaches. We're a family run HVAC business based in Burnaby. We service/install across the lower mainland from Vancouver and Burnaby to Abbotsford. • We hired this contractor to install a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump system in our two-story home with one outdoor unit and two indoor units. They helped us select the right equipment to provide effective cooling in summer and heating in winter. The installation was completed professionally, including a condensate pump on attic for the bedroom unit. Communication was good throughout the project, and the final cost matched the estimate, except for the condensate pump, which was later upgraded to a more suitable model. The quality of the work met our expectations, and we are satisfied with the result. It has been working flawlessly for us for three years. I would recommend this contractor for similar HVAC projects.

• Andray is definitely a contractor I will never work with anymore. Bad attitude. Called to fix the heat pump. The diagnose cost $440, somehow I got charged $473. I asked why there is a difference. He said I never asked for the rate so I have to accept whatever price. Frankly, I don’t have any problem with paying the prices (both the diagnose fee and repair fee) but just curious why there is a difference between the invoice and the actual payment. He didn’t answer my question. I also noticed he left home at 7 am and arrived my place at 8. Finish the work at 12:30 with 40 min break/writing invoice. He charged me 5 hours of rate. So it looks like I need to pay for his trip to my home(The 1 hour traffic on the way). Lastly, he said he made a favour to squeeze me in his packed schedule. The fact is, when I called for the appointment, I was told that is the only spot available for him, so I have to reschedule my appointment to fit him in. This guy is horrible, avoid him. There are lots of great contractors out there.

• Excellent service, they installed an A/C Innova unit in my condo. Andre (the owner) was very professional and accommodating. • My brother decided to get a small air conditioner unit for his apartment. Being on a fixed income and with his finances under the care of a trust as he is disabled we decided to get a few quotes. My brother sent me his quote from Andrey the total was $1800 and the unit was $588. I thought $1200 was quite high to install the unit so I called Andrey and asked if I could get a break down of the quote. He refused, got very belligerent and said I was accusing him of something? And then he proceeded to tell me he was the owner of the company and he didnt have time to make everyone happy? I have worked with contractors for many years I am absolutely shocked and to be quite honest horrified how he handled the whole situation! We will now begin to look for another quote.
