I had no problems with my gas boiler for years before scheduling a routine tune-up with this company. After the technician completed the service, I never turned on the heat. Within 10 hours, however, my basement was flooded with water. This was a very disappointing experience and has left me questioning the quality of their work. I'm giving one star because otherwise I wouldn't even be able to submit a review.

A few weeks ago I was refilling my Weil McLain boiler. The site glass wasn’t moving at first and suddenly shot yo all at once flooding the system. When I went to purge out some of the overflow the valve was clogged. It was roughly zero degrees out and my family was home so I called and they came over within 45 minutes. He identified the problem, emptied the entire system, replaced the spigot and cleaned out the site glass all within an hour. Very quick and very efficient.

Called because my heat shut off over night. They sent technicians over in less than one hour. The techs were extremely polite and had my unit up and running quickly, with replacing parts and cleaning our unit. I would recommend to family and friends

I’ve been a customer of this company in the past but haven’t needed their services in a couple of years. Recently, I had an emergency situation when my parents’ heating went out, and I was impressed by how the company has grown. The front desk team went out of their way to fit me into their schedule, even though it was a last-minute request. The new staff was friendly and efficient, and the mechanics quickly identified and fixed the issue. It was a huge relief to have everything resolved so fast. My aunt Rachelle had family visiting and had no heat I called in hopes of getting an appointment as soon as possible and front desk Jalisaa was so kind and squeezed me in for the next day. I really appreciated that because it is getting cold and for some odd reason it could feel good outside but the house will maintain cold. Edwin did an amazing job as well. I highly appreciated the great service of this company. And would gladly recommend it to anyone.

They are a great company to deal with and the woman in the office Julissa was amazing. I had an appt for Wed but she had an opening for monday and contacted me to get the techs in sooner. The two men that came over to service my HVAC system were very knowledgeable and professional. They knew exactly what to do and how to fix my issues. Truly a pleasant expierence with the entire company. I will be a returning customer and telling family and friends to use them. It was truly a great expierence.

Excellent service, all around. So glad we found Floral Park HVAC, we will be lifetime customers. They replaced our supply plenum and our motor in our handler at our home in GC. We recently moved here and do not know anything about HVAC systems. Bill came to our house the same day we called for an estimate, and he could not have been more honest and straightforward about the work we needed. I called for service on my Fujitsu unit and on the phone the woman who answered told me to reset the unit. 5 minutes later everything is working. I will get this company to do a tune up in the spring and definitely recommend them to my neighbors. They saved me a service call and I am great full for their help.
