• STOP searching NOW!!! You have found THE BEST A/C service in the Valley! We have used Freddy’s and ONLY Freddy’s since buying our home in 2021. • We had a leak coming from our ceiling, fearing that it was from monsoon storms, but saw that it was still leaking after the rains stopped I had Freddy check to see if it might be A/C related, and yep Freddy saw that the installation company did not properly install the drain pan and the condensation was leaking onto our ceiling! Freddy installed a secondary pan, corrected the pitch, leveled the unit and now all is working , no more leaks!

After diagnosing the issue, they found that my outdoor condenser fan motor had stopped working. They explained that when humidity levels rise, the air becomes heavier and weak condenser fan motors can struggle and eventually fail. They also found a bad capacitor that needed replacement.
