• We had an excellent experience with the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner. Mike, part of the installation team, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. He took the time to explain the equipment and how everything worked, and he made sure the work area was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. Perry, the salesperson, was also excellent, clearly explaining what to expect throughout the process and following up afterward to ensure everything went smoothly and we were satisfied with the installation. From start to finish, the entire experience was positive. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service and a professional installation!

• We have been customers of Frew Heating & Cooling since 2004 when it took over operations from UltraMar Home Energy. From that time forward Frew Energy provided prompt and efficient service for our oil burning furnace, also during emergencies. This summer we had a new propane furnace and heat pump installed. James B provided all the information we needed to make the transition go smoothly. The installers were punctual, pleasant and left the site and our home tidy and neat. I loved the red carpet! • 70 year old parents purchase a furence a few years ago, I small gas recently and had to get the valve replaced. Service guy tried to get it paing for under the 10 year warranty. They say there isn't on. Photos sent of invoice and brochure displaying the 19 year warranty. Weeks later my mother gets a call, not valid you didn't fill in the warranty card. There isn't one. He was so rude my mom had to hang up so flustered. I guess I'll help cover the cost for them. Great work taking advantage of seniors.

• We had a gas furnace put in in the summertime because I couldn’t take the smell or the price of the oil anymore and since the furnace is now coming on more often, I will tell you my house is cleaner. I gotta be saving $6000 a month because I live in a very old house even my Hydro went down $125 a month that’s a lot of money that we were paying for that oil furnished and it wasn’t even that old. It was only 12years old. We had a little tiny drips in the last couple days and the humidifier hose. He came right away. He fixed it absolutely amazing. I love this company. I would never go anywhere

• We made arrangements through Frew Heating & Cooling to have our entire heating/cooling/water heater system replaced this fall. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating through-out the entire process, from their account representation assisting us through initial application for our gas line installation through to the crew handling the main equipment installation and clean-up. The install team was timely, polite, and incredibly considerate of minimizing disruption and damage to our household, as well as keeping us informed of how things were progressing at the end of every work day before they finished. And after everything was completed, the revised ductwork and equipment looks so much cleaner and neat than what we had started with! I really couldn't recommend their services enough to anyone that may be considering an upgrade of any part of their home's HVAC systems.

• Frew Energy recently installed our new gas furnace & air conditioner and from beginning to end it was a great experience. It started with Steve who came by to review our options with us and he was so very patient. We had lots of questions!! We started the process and we weren't disappointed. From the team (Mike) that came in to remove the oil tank, to Ray and his son who installed the new furnace and air conditioner, it was an easy process. The entire job took about 3 days and we are quite satisfied. Every time we have questions and call Steve he is always so polite and answers every single question. He was so personable and really made us feel like we could trust him. We have been with Frew for many, many years and I am glad we decided to continue with them.

• I would highly recommend Perry and his team at Frew Energy. We had our 70 year old oil boiler replaced with a new gas model. This was a huge job and Perry took care of all the details. This included having absestos abatement, boiler removal, oil tank removal, water heater removal, gas line in from the city, and finally a new gas furnace put in, hooked up, tested and inspected. As you can imagine, this was daunting task but Perry made the process calm and efficient. And Kathy at Frew Energy made scheduling and our need to occasionally reschedule a breeze. All the trades were professional, polite and did a great job. Special shout out to Ray and Parker who did the final 3 day gas furnace install. They did an amazing job. Friendly and polite, they took care of any concerns and answered all my questions. Finally, Perry's easy going charm made the whole process a lot less painful than we thought it would be. Perry and his team made this seamless from start to finish, no hassles or inconvenience. • In doing a home check on a Thursday for a vacant home, I realized the furnace was off as the oil tank was empty. When I called Frew, the service rep said someone would be out on Monday to fill the tank. She then confirmed that the furnace was off and said that given the frigid temperature, there was a concern that water pipes could freeze. She made a same day appointment for drop off of enough oil to get through till Monday. Adam arrived within AN HOUR of my call, calling first to let me know he could be there in less than half an hour, and to ensure someone would be there to let him in. He added the oil, restarted the furnace and made sure everything was okay, and set the thermostat to a temperature that would ensure the tank would not run dry before the Monday refill. I’m so impressed with the fast, friendly service and personal attention to my situation. Nice to see real customer service in action.
