  • Matt was our technician and he was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain the problems with our furnace and also showed us how to use our gas fireplace properly. He also connected our googlenest power wire so that battery doesn't drain. All the questions asked were answered and I was very happy with the service. Definitely recommend this company for home heating/cooling services!

  • These guys are awesome and really honest. I contacted them to come out and have a look at my air conditioner after another sleazy company said I needed a new one which was going to cost over $1000. Paradigm Ventures came out said I had a leak. Fixed it in less than an hour and it only cost $300. A big difference from $1000 plus tax.

  • We've used Paradigm for a number of years for repair service and we can't say enough good things about them. They show up when promised and the work is done in an efficient manner. Workplace is left broom swept clean when they leave. They are very competitive price-wise. Today we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and once again the service was great. It was completed an hour less that what they had estimated, and the furnace is super quiet. Can't wait to try out the new a/c in the warm weather. Thanks Andy, Scott, and crew !!
