Another great experience with Golden Rule HVAC today. Will arrived on time to inspect and perform annual service on my HVAC mechanicals per my service contract. He spent approximately an hour inspecting, testing and performing PM on my system. Reviewed their actions with me, answered my questions, and cleaned up the area prior to leaving. Exactly what I expected, exceeding my expectations. Very polite, professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend.

I just had a tune up with Golden Rule, but as usual, Benjamin went above and beyond. He fixed a problem a while ago, and made sure it wouldn't happen again by redoing a simple, but effective design to my drainage system. He didn't have to do it, but that's Golden Rule for you. I recommend these guys to everyone! They are down to earth, won't mess around, not afraid to work peeps!!!! They are the best!!!!
