Dan & Pedro were outstanding. They took time to inform me of the new water heater operation. They also discovered our pressure reducing valve was not operating and we had 110 psi in our house. They installed the new PRV and now we are at 65 psi. Dan also was able to install two new cartridges in our bathroom sink faucet. Everything was done in a most professional manner.

Really the best. In addition to annual maintenance, they repair and resolve complex problems. We had pipes that had been corroded by fumes from pool equipment. They proceeded carefully, replaced what was necessary but did t go overboard, and made our house safe and secure. All work done quickly and well.

I've used Pond's on several occasions over the years to replace water heaters, work on furnaces, water softeners, pressure reducing valves, and the like. Shoutout today to Logan who really was fantastic. In terms of Pond's generally, my impression is that their pricing is a little on the high side of the scale, but that is offset by the fact that their work is reliable and done correctly the first time, and you can usually get them out promptly (which was again the case today), and when you have plumbing issues you typically want them fixed sooner rather than later. From my perspective those two factors justify the somewhat higher pricing, so I'm happy to continue giving Pond's a 5-star review.
