• DO NOT USE. Handy Dan came out to fix our upstairs AC. Instead they replaced a motor in our downstairs AC (which we didn’t ask to be fixed), and that AC then flooded through the ceiling onto the kitchen on the floor below. He continues to play dumb and said he would call us back once he wasn’t driving since he has the serial number for the machine he worked on. Crickets. This is the second time he’s hung up saying he’ll call us back with an update but never does. Claims it’s not his fault so now the AC we paid him to fix is still broken plus we’ve incurred more costly damages. Completely unprofessional.
