• I needed my septic pumped and it was a Sunday, I looked online and seen that Lickety Split was open on Sunday, so I called at 7:30am and talked to an A.I. scheduler. I got an appt. same day between 8am & 1pm. Well 1:00 came, no show and no call. Call the company and told the guy that answered that nobody showed up and no call. He blamed it on the A.I. scheduler and said there were no pump trucks available for today and none available for Monday either but he will try get someone out there Monday because of what happened and I would have to pay for the pump out in advance over the phone before they will come out. The hell with that, Lickety Split ain't. Their commercials are a lie, don't trust them! You will also notice they don't answer poor reviews, just good ones.

• We were very impressed with how quickly Lickety Split AC, Plumbing and electrical responded to a request for an estimate on work we needed done. The technician, Mateo arrived on time, and was very friendly throughout the time he first said hello, until the time he left. He also noted during the process to us, that we needed some other electrical work done. Which right now we can't afford. However, they did come back to clean our vents in our HVAC system (I was having extreme difficulty with allergies) and discovered that the whole system needed to be replaced. We bought the house last year in June and it was obvious that our inspector never even looked at the system. Most of it was put together and repaired with duct tape and parts of it showed mold, and the distribution boxes were collapsing. She also told us that the system was from 2001 and was meant for a mobile home. Cheyenne Varnavore was the technician who climbed up there and took numerous pictures and was very thorough. She is extremely great at her job. That attic is a very small tight space and you have to crawl through to get to it all. She called her supervisor Jonathan Garcia, and he showed up to talk to us about everything. They presented all the evidence to us about the system in detail. Well, let me say that the pictures were worth a 1000 words. We decided it needed to be completely replaced. It started out being very expensive, but Jonathan and his supervisors came up with a great price for us that we were able to mutually agree upon. Well, they wasted no time and some other gentlemen showed up and started to completely rip out the system. And when we saw what came out of that attic, we were in shock. It was no wonder I was having allergy problems. Well, it was late in the day on a Friday, but they stayed and ripped out the whole system. Since they weren't able to finish, Jonathan offered to put us up in a hotel room. I thought it was a fantastic and generous offer, but I have a cat so we weren't able to go. They brought in portable air conditioners for us. So we would be comfortable. The next day was Saturday, but they showed up at 7:30 AM and worked all the way through to 5 PM. The technicians' names were Serge, Greg and Carlo and 2 other gentlemen, but I don't know their names. They worked their butts off and did a fantastic bang-up job. We couldn't be more satisfied with this company. We're thinking we might be able to get the electrical work done that we needed maybe in 3 to 6 months, but we will definitely be calling them back. This company is completely about customer service and it shows from each individual. I wish I would have remembered to take pictures but I tried to keep out of their way. Every person that came was courteous, respectful, kind and considerate. We couldn't be any happier. A quick follow-up on the week of October 5th. We were having some issues not getting coolness. In the house and a technician came out. He was very courteous and kind checked our system said it was the way our vents were facing and just go to Lowe's or Home Depot, and get ones that face different directions. The HVAC system was fine, and he changed our Hepa filter for us. Didn't charge us a dime, except for the filter. Thanks, guys. Keep up the great work!

• This has been a terrible experience with Lickety Split. 1st they offered me to com do a FREE tune up on my A/C. I figured they just take a look at my feon and change my filter. Which I have some to change. So the rep told me how my unit is old and need to upgrade my coils, etc. He tells me the cost ($13-20k). I tell him I can't do it due to I'm handling 2 houses (my deceased dad house in Tampa). So he said he would just test it. That was it. I let him do it and was cleaning up my kitchen. He could of done anything to my A/C and me not being wise to it. I trust them to handled because they handled my water heater greatly. Well I went out of town the next day. Was gone the weekend, came back and felt hot on Monday nite. Noticed when I was chilling. Got up notice temperature gage was higher then what was set. So I ask a friend to take a look. He said the the motor sounds working but no air C I ing out and my coils is frozen over so I turned it off. He told me to call Lickety Split back to see about it. So I text them with a bad review. A dispatcher called me Wednesday nite and made arrangements to come back out tonite-Thursday at 5:30. Well I rushed home in time and NOTHING!! No call or text just ghosted and/or ignored. Not cool I said in text and in the review. I mean I got enough going on and now this. Well Free is not always good. Not with Lickety Split!! Terrible service! I even gave out my pound cakes! Wow!! Now I have to call some friends to help get me out of the heat! Sigh! Soooo disappointed in Lickety Split!!
