Mr Medina is always a professional although he is still trying to figure out why my ac unit stlll keeps tripping the circuit breaker to where at times the unit STILL is cutting off intermittently. When this happpens we are having to flip the switch at the breaker box for our unit to reboot inorder to come back on which is totally unsatisfactory. I just want to get this issue fixed once and for all.

Ken Storie was professional and very thorough with the repair ! Very good service call!! He made up for the “no show” appt I had the night before when system went down. Not sure about the slogan as my new fan motor cost $889 today! Ken sure was nice about it and tried calling bosses to get a lower price. They gave me 5% off. Oh well, I took it. $800 and I’m up and running.
