New furnace was installed the following week---no rush since it was not furnace weather yet. My impression is if I needed it sooner, it would have happened. His crew were very respectful laying down floor covering throughout and installing furnace. Highly recommend Harley Air.

I've been having some troubles with my thermostat. The most recent issue was that it stopped reading the inside temperature of my house. My best friend referred John at Harley Air, I called after 4 yesterday and my thermostat was fixed by noon today! John was friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, quick working, etc. Honestly 5 stars isn't enough! Thank you John!

In the midst of the heat wave, my 21 year old Central Air died. I called Harley Air as a friend highly recommended them. John came over that same day. John was patient with me and all my crazy questions. In the midst of the poor air quality today, it was replaced by his excellent crew. When I had an issue with my air conditioning, I called Harley Air. Once I called and explained my situation, they had a technician over as soon as possible. They were able to verify the cause of my problem, fast and efficiently, and went over my options of solving the issue. I decided to go with a new unit, and Harley Air helped me get just what I needed for my house. My issue is resolved, and the house is cool, top to bottom!! The work was done when they said it would be, with no surprises. They respected my house while they were here and worked very clean. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated by my technician and Harley Air. I will be using them for any heating and A/C issues in the future, and would recommend them to anybody!!

After an emergency call Friday evening, John saw the problem in our 40-year-old furnace and turned it off. Tuesday John and Tyler replaced the furnace. They took out the old air conditioner and will replace it this spring. Our experience with John at Harley Air was incredibly smooth from start to finish.
