Punit was an absolute lifesaver! Our air conditioner broke down right in the middle of a brutal heat warning, and we were desperate for help. Punit came to replace the unit and worked tirelessly through scorching conditions. He fixed my furnace when I was having an issue with it, he was honest and charged me for a minor part that fixed the problem vs changing a much larger part. UPDATE – In response to the owner's false and abusive reply: The owner has now responded with slander, racial remarks, and even posted my private home address, which violates both Google’s content policy and Canadian privacy law. Let me clarify the facts: I paid him $70 via e-transfer for diagnostic service. He confirmed the part was covered under Lennox warranty and submitted a claim using my furnace’s serial number and home address. After that, he repeatedly cancelled appointments and ignored our messages—even after we told him the repair was urgent due to Airbnb guests. When we said we’d hire someone else, he refused to release the part and demanded $200 cash, saying we could come pick it up only if we paid him—even though it was a warranty-covered part obtained under my name. This is a clear violation of warranty policy and borderline extortion. When we expressed concern, he became verbally abusive, made racially charged comments (repeatedly referring to us as “Indian people”), and personally attacked my wife and our private life. He then blocked us after taking the money. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but also fraudulent, discriminatory, and deeply unethical. All communication is fully documented—including threats, payment receipts, and his public response. Formal complaints have been submitted to: Lennox Warranty Services TSSA (Technical Standards & Safety Authority) Google, for harassment, privacy violation, and hate speech We stand by every word of our original review. Avoid this business at all costs. Absolutely unacceptable experience. We hired this company for a straightforward Lennox warranty motherboard replacement. The technician’s name was Paul.
