  • Wilson Air installed 2 4-ton units five years ago and the experience was very good, but when we needed service this year when they totally quit working, Wilson were no where to be seen. They geared us around, never showed up when expected and finally dropped us off the radar - very disappointing. Thank goodness for Arvin Air who saved our situation quickly and efficiently.

  • If you're looking for a company that doesn't obey the rules of the road, does over 80 km/h on Upper James during morning rush hour, swerving in and out of traffic cutting motorcycles and cars off, then this is definitely the company for you. Not sure if it was the owner or not but this individual was driving the vehicle with the name Dorthy below the company truck number.

Julie was so helpful, kind and connected us with an HVAC contractor on her team in a timely manner. She took her time to explain and provide us with options and the relative information to make the best decision. The HVAC contractor who came to help us was punctual, knowledgeable and fixed our system within the window of time we were told. Definitely recommend this knowledgeable, highly skilled and trustworthy company.

  • Had a tech come to my business to diagnose a problem he showed up and said he would get the part and get back to me . This was August we are now in late December and still nothing. Top it off they still send a bill for a service which I understand but still not fixed in the end

  • I have recently brought on Wilson Air as my refrigeration repair techs and specialists for my restaurant located in Westdale, Hamilton. From the very beginning they have been courteous, professional and hyper knowledgeable about our equipment and the repairs and maintenance necessary to keep our kitchen up and running. I have had them repair broken units, maintain line and bar fridges and install a brand new walk-in cooler. These folks can do it all! A huge shout-out to the Manager and Tech Paul who works there. We had an emergency failure today with our walk-in freezer. Easily $10.000 worth of product at risk. After a call in to the Wilson office, Paul was on the scene within the hour and assessing the situation. He kept me informed at every discovery that he found and was luckily able to repair the issue within hours. Huge respect for that. If you have refrigeration issues within your restaurant kitchen, these are the folks to call. No question.

  • THE WORST SERVISE EVER I CALLED FOR SOME ONE TO COME TO REPAIR THE ICE MACHINCE IN MY STORE THEY SEND A GUY WHO HAD SPENT 3 HOURS AND LOOKED HE DIDN`T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING THEN LEFT WITHOUT FIXING THE MACHINE AFTER THAT THEY SENT ME AN INVOICE OF 1200 $ !!!!! WHICH EVEN MORE THAN THE NEW MACHINE`S PRICE

  • Appointment was booked soon after my initial call. Service rep did quick repair but realized a part needed replaced. He ordered new part while at my house. Office staff notified me upon its arrival and booked an appointment convenient to me. Service call went well. It was a wet day so technician used a blanket to place his shoes so as to not mess up our place. Second time I used this firm and would not hesitate calling them again

  • i have a True commercial fridge and i couldn't find a repair service. Wilson was recommended and from the time i called to completion with ordering parts was less then a week. Richard called me as soon as he had the part and scheduled around my mixed up schedule, came in and got it done.

  • Recently had issues with the furnace starting in the morning, called first thing in the morning and they arrived before noon, fixed in an hour by a very knowledgeable and courtesy technician. Wilson also installed the furnace several years ago and prior to the warranty expiring came out and fixed a part that was known to have issues at no cost to us at it was under warranty. They made the to call to us in order to fix it prior to warranty expiry.
