We're very happy with the furnace installation. Nick completed the job quickly and professionally, and everything was done neatly and efficiently. He also cleaned up everything afterward and helped us dispose of the old furnace, which we really appreciated. Great service from start to finish. Nick took care of everything in my furnace room, furnace, AC and water heater. He is very professional, knowledgeable and responsible. This week I found some water on the floor of my furnace room, and then called Nick immediately. Nick was already off work, but he answered my phone call very patiently. After I described the issue to him, Nick told me that the drain of the AC was clogged. Nick could have just come to my house and charged me $150 for the job, but he did not. Instead, he taught me over the phone, based on the photos I took, how to unclog the AC drain line, step by step. I am very greatful that Nick responed to customers' issue even during his off time, and helped customers to save money.

Called Nick on a Sunday after the A/C unit at one of our rental properties stopped working just days before new tenants were scheduled to move in. Amazing service from AirPro in Ancaster. One of the hottest days of the year, our A/C decides to stop working. We found that everything inside was OK and we knew that power was getting to the unit outside since every 2-3 minutes we'd hear a loud buzzing sound for a few seconds and then nothing. I called AirPro at 6:30 PM, described the symptoms and within the hour, they came to the house, replaced a capacitor and then we had A/C again. Probably a simple solution, but the responsiveness was incredible.
