  • Dan and Derek were excellent - great communicators and honest technicians. They helped our grandmother get her AC up and running and did a complete and thorough diagnostic. Would gladly have them come back for any future maintenance or installations! Very reasonable pricing as well.

  • From start to finish, the owners delivered on exceptional communication, fair pricing, and high quality workmanship. During some of the hottest weeks of the year when HVAC related repairs are in high demand, D.A.D HVAC found time to help me. I needed a natural gas line, PVC venting, and ductwork temporarily removed to allow for a critical joist repair. Dan made three separate service calls at my property within the week; one to diagnose, one for disassembly and another for reassembly. Dan and Derek were responsive, reliable, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. They didn’t upsell extra services, and were upfront about costs. I’m very satisfied and I’m glad I chose D.A.D. HVAC instead of one of the large corporate HVAC service companies. The personalized service, attention to detail, and customer care made all the difference.   • We initially had another company come by and diagnose an issue with our furnace over the holidays but they ended up misdiagnosising the issues and recommended a full replacement which felt like we were being gouged. After that experience, I was recommended Dan through a friend and it was a night and day difference in experience. He came on boxing day and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable and explained what happened, even went above and beyond with his diagnosis and made some really great recommendations to optimize our furnace set up. Dan will be my go to for all H.V.A.C needs, he knows his stuff and is really looking to solve your problems not just charging you the most. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a trust worthy and knowligable H.V.A. company.

  • I called DAD HVAC for a quote on a water tank install and they booked an appointment promptly (even over the Christmas holidays). Both Derek and Dan were very polite and easy to work with. They gave me a very competitive quote, gave me sound advice on options and how they will properly install the new tank (old tank was improperly installed and had to be replaced after 8 years). They were able to book me in quickly and did the install fast and clean. Very happy to have found this contractor via our Erindale Baseball Little League (they're a sponsor). Will definitely look to doing more business in the future.

After our furnace stopped working overnight, Derek visited promptly to assess the issue.
