Had an AC disconnect and reconnect. Services were done in a timely manner and were efficient. However, the service technician reinstalled the AC and brought up an issue after payment was made that the disconnect box behind it could no longer be accessed due to the increased height of the waterproofing grade and the box would need to be moved. Would have preferred to be made aware of the issue prior as two inches of gravel could have been removed to allow the box to open and not require an electrician to come in after and cost additional money to ensure code adherence.

Emergency furnace replacement. Manager Matt and installers Kurtis and Chase were incredibly polite and respectful. They know what they are doing, welcomed questions, gave clear explanations, and instructions on best practices going forward. The work took about 3.5 hours. Site was left perfectly clean. Structured Restoration (demo, disposal & disinfecting) partnered with Dynamic Heating & Cooling to inspect furnaces after thousands of homes flooded in St. Catharines July/August 2026. I didn't know them and was a skeptic. I must say this was a most excellent experience - highly recommend Dynamic Heating & Cooling.

Recently had a furnace and hot water tank replacement through Dynamic Heating and Cooling. From initial contact with Dennis to verify and confirm equipment needs, to Matt who scheduled the installation, to the team that completed the work on site; service was exceptional. I appreciated the professional manner with which the installers Chris and Domenic conducted their work. They were on time on the scheduled day and thorough in execution of the work. They made necessary modifications, completed the installation with expertise; gave us a run down of the equipment, shut off valves, filter etc. The area was left immaculate and all replacement materials removed. We had requested a riser for the furnace that required some extra finesse; the end result was the best case scenario for the available space. Being a Costco member I purchased a new Tankless Water Heater unit. They connected me to Dynamic Heating and the experience has been phenomenal. Starting from sales, Dennis was very patient and helped me navigate through multiple options. Once I decided to move forward, I was connected to Matt in operations who helped expedite the installation. Finally on the day of installation Tony did amazing work, very detailed and did everything per Ontario code and later Neil also stopped by to wrap up. Simply amazing and professional staff.

Our heat pumps condensate line had developed a blockage which was causing a backup and overflow of condensate onto the basement slab. I called Dynamic about the issue and they sent Neil to address the problem. He arrived at the time they promised and was quick to troubleshoot and fix the issue for us, he did a very thorough job and his work was clean. He also offered some pointers and tips for future maintenance of the system. Overall it was a great experience with a very qualified contractor. Highly recommend Dynamic and have used them before and will continue using them for any HVAC needs.

I had a dripping air-conditioner and was afraid some guy in a suit would arrive to try and sell me a new one. So I called Dynamic because the solved my noisy vent problem. They sent Jordan, (he came in overalls!) the next day, at exactly when they said, and within two hours it was fixed. Cost less than a meal for 2 at Swiss Chalet. This company is honest and reliable, and I would never use anyone else.

We’ve had forever problems at our household with previous installed a/c ductless splits. Well our luck changed when we called dynamic heating and cooling. Team was on site, professional, provided a quote prior to repair that was fair and realistic. On top of it all, the service was phenomenal and the installation was seamless. He took the time to clearly explain the differences between buying equipment at a big box retailer like Home Depot versus their own product line, giving me the honest answers I needed to make a decision. The actual delivery and installation service was flawless and right on time. To top it off, they even took care of registering the product warranty on my behalf, which completely blew me away. I recently required a full furnace and air cleaner system replacement. Matt was my first point of contact. He was professional and courteous with me in scheduling the removal of my old unit. He always answered the phone whenever I called; there was no back and forth playing phone tag with voicemail. I was very fortunate enough to have Cole arrive promptly, at the scheduled time, to carry out the removal of the old system.
