Alex came on time and did a tuneup on our gas fireplace. He explained everything he did and why. The area was left clean and tidy. We’re happy with the work done.

Just had this Mississauga furnace repair man fix my broken gas furnace. Very happy with Allan and his helper. 2 other heating companies said we needed a new heating system. I dont understand, Allan had it working in like 10 minutes. Very very happy with Clarkson furnace repair.

Went to turn the furnace on this year and was a little upset to find out it needed to be replaced. I called around and Brandon was the not only the first to answer the phone, but also provided a clear explanation and offered the best price. Furthermore, he set an appointment for 2 days later and got everything done in a day. This was a great experience, especially considering the circumstances.

Excellent service, an amazing job. My AC died during the hottest night, within 8 hours it was up and running again. Very professional and gave me good tips to keep it runing. Air Conditioner they repaired. Thought their pricing was high, paid by MasterCard over phone, and still been over a few weeks with no paid invoice receipt sent to me, even after asking several times. UPDATE: after posting review, the guy emailed me trying to pay me if l took my review down. I think it is important to give truthful reviews so l am leaving the post active. Also, he made it sound like it was just a day that l waited for review, but it was weeks that l kept asking for the invoice.

This is third time using Hamilton Home Comfort for my furnace , gas fire place and now my AC. On each occasion they have been responsive, help me trouble shoot over the phone to avoid a service charge if possible and if not , when they come they are professional and informative laying out all your options for you to decide. Installation is on time, the crew keeps the house tidy and the work area out side as well. Very happy with the products and the customer service is excellent!

It was such a pleasure dealing with Hamilton Home Comfort! Dealing with Brenden the salesman was FANTASTIC!! He was extremely knowledgeable and there was no pressure to either buy a new AC unit or to repair it. I expressed to him what my needs were and right away he gave me my options and explained the whole process all the way through! The technician who came to do the install was on time and extremely efficient! Hamilton Home Comfort EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND GOOD HONEST SERVICE THESE DAYS!!
