Adam the technician arrived right on schedule & greeted me in a friendly & polite manner. He proceeded with the furnace inspection with prompt & professional attention. I am very satisfied with the results.

After much research, I decided to purchase a Napoleon 9600 Furnace and Napoleon 13 Seer A/C from Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning. Renee, their Sales Representative, was friendly, professional, very informative and followed all Covid protocols when he came to my home. Important to me was that I never felt pressured to sign a contract during the initial meeting, nor were there any pesky calls while I was making my mind up. That kind of pressure turns me off buying. Furthermore, Renee was honest and upfront about what equipment was best for my home and actually advised me away from a higher cost A/C model (which I was interested in), because my energy savings would never exceed the extra $$$ spent. Refreshing. Installation went smoothly. Ivan and Evan were friendly, courteous and professional and again, followed all Covid protocols as well as placing protective floor mats. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and one would never have known a furnace removal/new furnace installation and a/c removal/new a/c installation had ever taken place. They also installed a thermostat for me which I had purchased separately. The Napoleon 9600 Furnace: It’s been 3 weeks and I’m pleased. Very quiet and noticeably more even heating due to the 2-stage and more powerful fan. A previously chronic “cold” front room is now warm. As for the a/c, I’ve not had occasion to use yet as it’s April. However, I love how the colour (charcoal), makes it look smaller. Coincidentally, it matches my patio furniture. The new unit is actually smaller than my previous, which was a plus for a smaller space. In summary, based on my experience from start to finish, I would highly recommend Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received this past year. I purchased my AC unit from this company in 2022 and have relied on them for regular maintenance ever since. When the unit broke down recently, their technician canceled within hours of the scheduled appointment, and the promised follow-up calls never happened. Fortunately, I found another local company that was able to step in and restore the unit to working order. It is incredibly frustrating that this company’s routine maintenance checks completely missed the signs of an impending breakdown. Unreliable service and poor communication.

I’m not please at all would never give you a rating and will never recommend your company to anyone I don’t trust your company at all . You don’t sell quality product I bought an Air Conditioner from them 5 years ago and for the last 3 years I have had them here every year for the same problem and it’s never been fixed and this year I get told to fix it, it will cost me almost 800.00 dollars are you kidding what did I pay you for in the last 3 years??????? Also what happened to my 10 year warranty and great job in getting back to me after I’ve been trying to call the company 7 times and no one calls back great customer service 👍
