We're Trane Comfort Specialists, a certification with extended manufacturer warranty coverage most contractors can't offer. I recently purchased a Trane furnace and heat pump from Home Depot, and A Plus Air Systems assisted me with the installation. I can honestly say that my experience has been truly amazing from start to finish. It all began with the research and decision-making process. Said took the time to explain all the available options in simple, easy-to-understand language, which helped me make an informed decision considering the significant investment involved in purchasing a new furnace and heating/cooling system. Thank you, Said, for your excellent service and guidance. My great experience didn’t end there. It continued through the entire installation process with the experienced technicians, Mohammed and Jalal. They completed the installation of both the furnace and heat pump seamlessly and professionally. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every little detail I was curious about. What impressed me most was their professionalism, patience, and dedication throughout the installation. Good morning. As usual everything is well till I make the payment in full. Company decided a specific date & time for the installation. I agreed to that date & time. Installation was at 8 am. Got call from driver at 7.59am that he is delayed by 45 minutes. Fine. Now 8.15 got call from office with vague request that truck has a problem & installer will be there as on as possible. So company expect us to sit whole day waiting for installer after purchasing something more $10,000. I called at 9.15 enquired about my installation. Answer from Office manager is ON THE WAY !!! I had a frustration & ask who is responsible for this delay as I scheduled my other appointments around it. Office manager ask me in most rude & unprofessional manner “ WHAT I EXPECT HER TO DO??? Really ???? I send the sales person (Mr Elias) a note about this incident. Till today he never responded to me either by email or text message. I will but recommend this company.
