Never good when your furnace dies on a Sunday but Chris had someone in my house within hours. The part I needed was too expensive to replace so within a few days I had a brand new furnace for slightly more money but a 10 year warranty. The workers were very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We would definitely recommend .

“Amazing Customer Service” I hired Air Tech to replace my furnace they showed up on time there price was more then reasonable! The owner was onsite at the beginning and the end of the job to make sure I was happy with the service I knew exactly what was going on they explained the process to me in detail before the job began! The work area was actually cleaner when they left then it was before they started the job! What more could you ask for. They treated my home like it was there own and i appreciate that! I was having problems with my hot water heater, I contacted Air Tech for some advice on the repair left my name and number and issue I was having with a staff member, Chris Returned my call within the hour said he had an idea what the issue Was and he happen to have a spare part on hand and made time for me went out of his way to come and fix my problem so I had hot water! Problem was fixed within 2 hours of contacting this company! He also did some maintenance on my furnace at the same time! Great customer service! Was surprised with my bill I paid for the service and repair I required with no hidden fees or after hours fees or anything like that! Will be using this company for all my HVAC needs in the future! We have used Air tech for all of our heating and cooling needs. We have had them install a heating system, new air conditioning system and also a new hot water tank in our previous home. In our new home we have called them to install an a/c unit, install a new thermostat, install a gas line to our bbq and repair and optimize ventilation in our finished basement. This is our “go to” company for anything to do with heating and cooling. They are very responsive, they do quality work for a reasonable price and always go above and beyond when getting the job done. I would highly recommend them!
