He was also an installer in the past so you know he has the knowledge. Patrick from the office kept me well informed of what & when everything would happen. The Installers Wally & Noah did a great job. I believe they had it done in 5 hours. Which I wasn’t even in any hurry myself on a timeline to finish. They both also answered any questions I had. The people at Aire One did an amazing job installing a new furnace in St. Catharines. Due to heavy rain that flooded the basement twice and ruined 2 furnaces, I asked them to raise the furnace off the ground as high as possible to hopefully avoid damage from a future rain storm. They understood my concerns perfectly and took the extra time to elevate the unit safely and professionally.As a landlord, keeping my tenants comfortable is a top priority, and Aire One absolutely delivered. My tenant was so impressed that they sent me this text: "The furnace guy was here and I have to say he was the best furnace guy we've ever had the whole time we've been here. He went above and beyond to check everything and the furnace now works amazing. I now feel cold air out the vent in my room and never have before.. anyway just wanted to update you. Aire One service for new furnace and heat pump was excellent! Yasir on initial visit and post-installation inspection, (nice to have a tech instead of a salesman like last time who didn’t have the technical expertise), Perry for clean professional and timely installation, Robyn for appointments and payment and Alex for customer service assurance. On Tues our A/C stopped working. Called at 6:30 pm, by 8pm technician arrived. Our 35yr old compressor decided it'd had enough. Our options were explained & we agreed to purchase a new unit. Purchased new unit. Pricing was good. It was installed on Thurs morning. Installed by Walter Noah. Professional, friendly, & left the areas involved in installation clean, & tidy. Removed old unit. New Carrier A/C very quiet & very efficiently keeping our home cool& comfortable. I highly recommend Aire One West, technician & installers.

Replaced our old furnace and AC with a Midea heat pump and furnace. Looking forward to the greatly improved efficiency of the new system. Both the furnace and heat pump operate very quietly, as promised. Installation was completed in one day by Aire One's Master HVAC technician Perry. Ross, another of Aires One's HVAC professionals and self described HVAC geek who qouted our system, is coming today to do final step fine tuning and to give us a detailed system operation tutorial.

I had a great experience with Aire One West heating and cooling. I had a guy come down and inspect my furnace and air conditioner and he answered all my questions very professionally. I ended up getting a new air conditioner and the installer was also very professional. There's a lot more that goes into it then I thought and I had all new coils going to my furnace and he even replaced the front panel of my furnace. All under the same contract. Overall it was perfect timing for me as we're just starting a heatwave and the air conditioner is running great.

I was having A/C issues in July /August and had replaced my furnace through another HVAC company. The issues continued after about ten days. I called on Aire-One who immediately diagnosed the issue that was related to the new furnace as well as my A/C unit. I asked them to replace the A/C unit which happened within 30 hours and had to wait for five more days for the furnace company to return to fix the furnace under warranty. I would have been better off had I contacted Aire-One when I first had the issue saving myself the angst of no A/C for 15-18 days of unbearable heat and the hotel bill of sending my kids and the dogs to more comfortable place to sleep. Aire-One is a class act, very professional and accommodating to my needs and providing a proper solution. They are the only HVAC company I’ll deal with for now on. THANKS AIRE-ONE!!!
