  • Sam from HeatCool serviced our heat pump/AC unit recently. We had another company come out a while back and they informed us it was dead and we needed a total ly new unit. Sam inspected it and informed us that all that was needed was a new transformer which he quickly replaced. Great service ! Thanks!

  • We have an older home that has thru-the-wall AC unit. Over 20 years ago, we had a new unit installed by HeatCool and it lasted for all that time. So when it reached the end of its service life, we reached out to HeatCool again and they were able to install a new unit for us. Setting up the service was easy and the installation was quick smd efficient. The installers, Arthur and Israel, hauled that 90-lb unit up the stairs and had it in and working in about an hour. They recycled the old unit and did this all with a smile. The HeatCool team from Alondra, Arthur, Israel and company owner join are 5-star! Highly recommend!

  • I’ve opted out multiple times but keep getting solicited for a review so I guess I’ll give one. Heat Cool came to service a steam boiler in a 3 unit property last season. We were experiencing a shut off problem from a faulty / dirty flame sensor. The tech that came was a nice guy but could not or would not swap the sensor out. He did a nice cleaning and a long purge but that was it. I’m expecting the problem to continue this upcoming season. It has been hard to find a steam boiler maintenance provider that knows their stuff. I am not planning to use heat cool again.
