• I had some problems with bad parts in my system and TDH took care of it. Great responsiveness from the scheduler Jackie and great job by the technician Mark who diagnosed the issues and took care of the installation of the replacement parts. I would highly recommend them . I find customer service is not very good these days but TDH is definitely the exception.

• I requested a quote for a furnace replacement and TDK responded quickly. They already had my info from 12 years ago when I purchased an AC unit from them. They gave me quotes for a single and double stage. Both had fair prices but I decided not to purchase from TDK because the person that came to give me the quote spent maybe 10 minutes here. He took a couple of measurments and didn't inquire to what I was looking for or even asked me one question. He didn't offer me any information about their products or even explain to me what the difference between the units are. So that left me to do all the work myself. That's the only reason I didn't purchase from TDK. I still have them 3 stars because of the past purchase and the quick response I received from the person who scheduled me.

• Good luck getting in contact with them after the installation. I called them couple of times when the unit had issues and they never pick up or responsd to my messages. I had to pay another tech to come out. The 10 yr labor warranty is worthless just like this company.

Quote was timely, apt was set up (non-emergency) within 5 days, even tho there were Tstorms and a heatwave. It was a tight fit, in an old house. All was done professionally. • I previously utilized TDH's services for a prior condo I used to own when I needed my furnace replaced. Needless to say, I needed to utilize their services again to replace my furnace and central air for my current condo and was not disappointed. Because I had to travel out of State, they made an exception for me to install both on a Saturday at a specific time I needed to be present at the condo. They arrived on time, worked till mid-afternoon, and finished the job with no issues. The price I received was less than the competitors and their service is 5 star exceptional. • I have a ten year warranty when my central air unit was put in back in September of 2015. It is August 18th of 2025 as of now. My compressor, capacitor, and an electric box went bad on my unit. • I recommend TDH to anyone in need of any Heating or cooling need. They provide a great value, do excellent work, address problems promptly and are HONEST people. TDH installed two new A/C systems in my home in 2023. I was so happy with their work, I referred them to neighbors who all had similar experiences. Last January (2024), my Mother's furnace went out and TDH had a new system in a day later. Now here in July 2025, we are selling my Mom's Condo. After the sale, the ancient 30+ yr old A/C stopped working. The TDH tech, Ken came out and inside 10 minutes identified that a switch behind panel that covers the furnace control board had come lose causing a safety switch to become unpressed. Cost: Zero Dollars and part of the furnace warranty. How many companies in this space do you think would have put a quote for a new system in my hand? If you are in the market, your best move is to call TDH.

• Best Service - Best Technician Firstly, there is consistency. TDH techs are all good. But having the same one for 15 years is outstanding. Wally has installed our furnace, tankless hot water system, radiant heating in floor and ceiling. Secondly, the work Wally performs not only is outstanding but the details in laying out the radiant system is a thing of beauty. Shows the care that TDH puts into their service. Thirdly, is consulting on complex projects - TDH (Tim and Wally) did great work in consulting on the design. Few in Chicago would even quote on our needs for a tankless hot water and radiant heating. All of the recommendations worked out perfectly. For service Jacquie is always responsive - and on the few times over the years we’ve needed service she has been fast and very communicative. Highly recommend TDH for any HVAC needs.

• Contracted TDH to replace heating/cooling systems for the entire house in late 2022. 5 companies were evaluated with TDH on top for the equipment brands, pricing (tied with another contractor), and warranty. The installation took three days and were as scheduled with no issues. • I recently had TDH replace my broken and old A/C unit and can say they were excellent to work with! My A/C stopped working over Memorial Day and I called Tuesday morning and someone was out in 4 hours to diagnose my issue. My unit was very old and multiple opinions said it would need to be replaced. TDH had a strong and fair estimate and were very easy to communicate with to schedule a day. They even were extra accommodating when it turned out the only day that worked for us both and my building was the day I had a major surgery scheduled.
