• I cannot in good faith recommend this company at all. I have Brand new MagicPak unit, installed Dec 2024. Broken by June 2025. Broken by June 2025. Their fix? Just refilled the refrigerant and walked away — no leak search, no explanation for why a 6-month-old unit was already losing refrigerant. Fast forward to July 2026: same exact issue. Called a different company this time, and surprise, they confirmed a coolant leak. The exact thing that should've been caught over a year ago, while it was still under labour warranty. Now that warranty's expired and I'm left holding the bag for a problem they had every chance to catch. They tried to charge me another grand for the leak test.. clearly this is negligence on their part. Ive tried calling to get a hold of Walter numerous times but to no avail. So now I'm stuck without AC in the middle of a hot Chicago summer due to this companys' blatant negligence to do the job right ! Outright despicable. If you want your issue actually diagnosed instead of temporarily patched, look elsewhere.

I got another quote from one of the big name companies and they were more expensive for a smaller air conditioning unit and a smaller furnace and they also tried to talk me into services I didn't need. • The Arzet technician refused to service my furnace, despite my clear instructions to dispatch that the furnace is in the ceiling in the bathroom. Arzet had been servicing the furnace for 17 years, and I asked why he wouldn’t this time, and he said “The other guy was my buddy.” Owner didn’t even apologize for the frustrating waste of time. He offered to come out himself for $250 for the basic annual maintenance. Besco did it for $110. Besco is awesome!!!

He has assisted in repairing mistakes or necessary repairs from other companies error. They have always been a top recommendation of my teammates vendor list and I finally had the chance to call him.
