  • I was very impressed by Dave. He's well groomed and seems very knowledgeable and very thoughtful and efficient! I think I found my new guy! David seems to have disappeared. I was having him order all sorts of parts and get everything up standard... but he has disappeared. I hope he's OK... but no communication what so ever.

  • We had David come fix an AC leak in our attic. When the issue came back a few months later, I reached back to David to let him know the issue was not fixed, and the shutoff sensor he installed did not trigger; there was water leaking into the bedroom ceiling. David said he would squeeze me in the next day. He never showed up, and stopped replying my and my husbands’ texts and calls. Luckily, we were able to find someone else to help out.

  • Cosmic is a good honest HVAC company. David did an entire replacement of my HVAC system after our AC decided to stop working during a week filled with 90 degree days. I first worked with him to try and repair. When that didn’t work we ended up replacing everything. He helped with to get the best possible equipment to fit the needs of our home. I learned a lot about home cooling and heating in the process and was able to choose the best system for my home. He also went above and beyond to figure out a complicated issue with wiring the new system and was able to fix and troubleshoot. As a separate project, he also added an additional AC system that didn’t previously exist in the lower level of our home. I hope to only have to call Cosmic HVAC for maintenance moving forward. But if I do need to call with an issue, David was a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend.
