I discovered D a couple of years ago; Its absolutely priceless when you find a person who knows what they are doing, and is a fair price, and also has a great personality… I’d give him 10 STARS IF I COULD!!!! Hes that good!!!

I would not recommend D’s Air & Heating I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company and feel it is important to share my experience so other consumers can make an informed decision. I paid approximately $15,500 for the installation of my HVAC system. Unfortunately, after the installation, I began experiencing ongoing problems with the system and was repeatedly told that it needed additional refrigerant/Freon. Over the following years, I spent approximately $1,200–$1,700 every two years on refrigerant service. I was later informed by another HVAC professional that the coils had been damaged during the original installation and that the system had significant problems. After everything I have experienced, I have serious concerns about the quality of the original installation and the costs I incurred trying to keep the system operating. Another major issue was the service itself. On multiple occasions, technicians were 2–5 hours late, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I have since consulted with a consumer-fraud attorney regarding my experience. After considering the cost of pursuing the matter, I have decided not to move forward legally. However, I do feel consumers should know about my experience before choosing this company. Spending $15,500 on a new HVAC system should provide confidence that the system was installed properly and would perform reliably. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would encourage anyone considering using them to do their research, get an independent inspection, and obtain a second opinion before moving forward.

I just had Darryl and his son DeMarte at my place to do a furnace clean and check before the cold weather comes along. They did a great job of getting my furnace ready for the winter....they were both personable and you can tell that Darryl is very invested in the work that he does. I researced for awhile to find a company to come out and do this clean for me.....there are so many companies that arent the best and you have to be weary of...plus I really wanted to give my business to a small business.....after coming across D's, I felt I had found the right company and I did...I would definitely suggest them for your heating needs. And I like their slogan...."Dont Freeze, Call D"s....sort of sums it up right there : ))

Darryl came to my rescue when I needed him most - when my 24yo AC compressor gave up the ghost during a recent heat wave. He gave me a REALLY competitive bid for an Elite level Lennox HVAC system complete with 2-stage furnace and 16 SEER AC compressor and Humidifier for thousands under what one of the big outfits was asking. He and his team worked tirelessly in ~100˚ heat to get the system up and running. Their dedication to getting the job done right was impressive. I recommend D's to any and all.

I found this company on Google and Daryl reached very promptly. We spoke about what I needed, I even asked about cost and was told I would get more information once he took a look. I received a text confirmation, along with a link to pay $95. I was a bit confused as I had just asked about cost and it was not mentioned, however I was willing to pay a service charge. Daryl reached out right before our agreed upon time asking for payment before heading to our location. I’ve never done business that way and never will. It would have saved us both time if this policy was communicated upfront. I would have reached out to another company and not scheduled with him, if I was told upfront that I have to pay before the service.
