  • Drew stopped by for the maintenance and he was amazing! He was thorough on his findings and recommendations. I love working with this company .

  • Deljo Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing responded to our call when poor quality air was coming into our home on a smoky day this summer via our ERV. The technician who came out was very polite and helpful, which was appreciated. He opened the ERV system, taped the openings closed with foil tape, and set the second-floor thermostat to the fan on position to filter the smoke. However, we were caught off guard by the final bill. While we understand paying the diagnosis fee (even though we were clear about the work we needed vs. a true "diagnosis"), the additional charges for a "minor repair" brought the bill north of $400. The repair simply consisted of applying foil tape and showing us how to take the foil tape off for fresh air to re-enter the home once the smoke dissipated. We appreciate the prompt service and the friendly technician, but charging over $400 for a simple tape application feels unreasonable. We expected more proportionate pricing for such a straightforward task.

  • I had an issue with my tub and was able to get someone out that day. Jorge was professional and efficient and a great job.

  • Seamless experience and the technicians explained everything and left NO mess for us to clean up! They were very personable and patient with our inquiries as well!

  • I would leave six out of five stars if I could! My technician Jorge Dimitriadis went above and beyond on his service. There was buildup in the rental property’s toilet from the previous tenant. One maintenance person did a surface level job of cleaning but did not fully remove the obstruction. Jorge went above and beyond and came to a solution and even explained the perpetual problems older toilet models can cause. Moving forward with this insight, I can perform my own upkeep the previous tenant did not. Thank you kindly!

  • I had a leaky HVAC unit in my attic with water coming down through my exhaust fan in my main floor bathroom. Called Deljo up since I had a service contract- unfortunately, they seem to have sent a sales rep rather than an actual technician. I was immediately was told my system was too old to fix and that I would need a whole system since the coils were old, the refrigerant is no longer available, etc. The tech went up and took a bunch of pictures without even trying to properly diagnose the issue and kept asking when they could have the sales team come by give me an estimate. The tech seemed to just looking over the notes written during my summer service a few months before. He didn't even have the courtesy to try to remove the water that was accumulating in the pan under my unit lol. A new system is an easy $10k+ nowadays so I rightfully declined and asked for a second opinion. I called my local HVAC company and surprise surprise- it was a simple clog in one of my lines. Evidently, Deljo either did not try to clear the line properly with a nitrogen flush during my summer service (I know this because they did not carry a giant nitrogen tank up to my attic like my local company did). The tech from my local company charged $150 to come out, but cleared the line for me free of charge. He even had to decency to wet vac out the water in the pan before he left. I had a horrible experience with Deljo, I learned my lesson and will stick to my local HVAC. Deljo evidently prioritizes sales first, disgusting but unfortunately not surprising.

  • Such a great experience with Deljo after a poor experience with another company and ongoing hvac issues for years. I called on a Saturday morning and a human answered, which is sadly rare these days so it is worth calling out. The woman who answered was very kind and apologized she couldn't get someone there until first thing Monday morning, which was totally reasonable to me. On Monday morning, the tech confirmed what another company had concluded: I needed an evaporator coil replacement because of a leak, despite the unit only being two years old. Deljo replaced the evaporator coil on my heat pump but it still was not working right. They then sent a new tech out who had deep expertise in heat pumps and he discovered improper wire set up, which was essentially mixing cold and hot air at the same time, which meant the system could never fully get cold. This and the new coil has solved all my problems! So grateful and happy to not be melting in lukewarm "AC". The tech also asked me why I was running this eco plus program on my thermostat. I explained that I participate in hourly pricing, so I was trying to be smart about energy use. He explained that my heatpump itself is actually most efficient when it does its own thing, and running ecoplus mode on the thermostat was overriding the best possible mode of operation. I am so glad he caught this! Since his visit I have been so relieved to have a functioning system. 🙌 Will be loyal to Deljo in the future and not use any other company for hvac needs.

  • I had a great experience with Deljo Plumbing & HVAC, and would definitely recommend them. I recently bought a new condo, and unfortunately, the AC wasn’t working properly. I contacted several HVAC companies, but ultimately decided to go with Deljo. Jim Carney came to my home, inspected the system, and took the time to thoroughly explain the different options available to me. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed. He also clearly explained the different payment and financing options, which I really appreciated. Another big reason I chose Deljo was their availability. We were having temperatures in the upper 90s, and I urgently needed a working AC. They were able to schedule the installation much sooner than the other companies I contacted. When the crew came to install the new furnace and AC, they were fast, professional, respectful of my home, and left everything clean when they were finished. Overall, I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Great communication, professional service, and quick turnaround when I really needed it. I would definitely recommend Deljo.

  • Everything about our experience was superb

  • The short version is we spent $12k on a new AC four years ago and now it’s broken and they want $6k to attempt to fix it. Choose another company. Full version: We spent ~$12k on a new heat pump (AC/heater) to be installed by Deljo in June 2022 (4 years ago). We thought we were getting a quality unit from a competent team. We had issues almost immediately. To start they insisted we purchase a new thermostat for $1k because our Nest “isn’t compatible.” After the install we had them try to hook up the Nest and it worked so they had to refund us. Then in the winter when we tried to turn on the heat, they had to come back because a coil had been improperly installed and the heat wouldn’t turn on. We had no issues for about two years, until this winter when we called them back for regular maintenance. They forgot to close a safety door and the day after they left the heat wouldn’t turn on during a below 0 degree day in January. They had to come back out to fix it. Now it’s July and we’re trying to use our AC but it won’t turn on. They came out ($149) and identified the issue, saying a crack led to all the Freon leaking out. They quoted us $300+ per pound of Freon plus the cost of the fix. (We called Four Seasons and they only wanted $160 per pound for Freon for reference. This is robbery.) Before fixing they insisted on another test to be run, which we finally agreed to ($600). They found the original issue they identified isn’t the actual issue and now want us to pay a “discounted rate” of $1k for the next test. We’ve been asking for a call to discuss and we’ve now received the same typo riddled email sent twice in a row in lieu of that. Save your money and buy a window unit.

  • Review written 7/15/2026. They fixed my AC and added 3 pounds of refrigerant. It is now so cool and so comfortable. As someone with multiple chronic health conditions, this is life changing to have working AC. Thank you Technician was Jonathan. Efficient and professional

  • **Scammers.** This is one of the most unethical companies I've ever dealt with. Our A/C unit is located above our kitchen, and during the recent heatwave we woke up to water leaking through the ceiling. Because of the extreme demand, our regular HVAC technician couldn't get to us for a few days, so we called Deljo based on a recommendation from our property management company. The technician, Matthew, diagnosed two issues: a clogged drain hose and corroded threading where the hose reattaches due to the age of the unit. He said he could try to clear the clog and silicone the hose back into place. When we asked for the price, he quoted **over $600** for the repair, **plus** the $130 service call, bringing the total to nearly **$750**. When I mentioned that our regular technician had performed essentially the same repair for under $100 in the past, the quote suddenly dropped to around **$450**. It's hard not to question the pricing when it can be reduced by roughly $300 on the spot. Matthew then attempted to reattach the hose with silicone but said he couldn't get it to work and told us we'd need to replace the entire A/C unit. I never received a quote for the replacement, but I can only imagine it would have cost thousands and thousands of dollars. We insisted that he at least apply the silicone and give it a try. He warned us there was no guarantee it would hold. Sure enough, we woke up the next morning to even more water leaking through our ceiling. Fortunately, our regular HVAC technician was finally able to come out. Instead of recommending a complete replacement, he found an alternative solution that will fix the problem for **$450**—saving us from spending thousands on a brand-new unit. Based on our experience, Deljo appeared far more interested in selling an expensive replacement than finding a practical repair. I would not recommend this company. I'm not sure how this company has such great reviews.

  • Sal was very helpful and candid about my maintenance needs. He was willing to stay a bit late just to accommodate a situation that was beyond our control. I’d be happy to work with him again and I am happy to recommend him to others.

  • Jorge and his apprentice provided outstanding service! They helped us replace a faulty toilet seal and clear a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the process. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

  • Jay was great. He was on time and checked everything before finding the issue, he then checked the thermostat before leaving. He told us he would be ordering a part, and return soon. Very professional. Today 8/5 Mike Croff and his associates installed a new air conditioner. They arrived earlier than expected so we got them in and they went right to work. They worked for eight hours and we are happy and comfortably relaxing Thank You!
