Mr. Beanz went above and beyond the call of duty. My problem was with the humidifier cutting off the furnace. He would stay around to make sure it was working properly. My aunt was in dire need of a new air conditioner during one of the hottest week in chicago. We called out at least 15 of the largest cooling company's but only 1 could do the job which was Bean'scooling and heating. The other companies gave us the run around and were extremely over priced. Shopped around for residential AC repair for a potential leak that another HVAC company diagnosed, and needed a 2nd opinion. I reached out to Andre for a price quote, and out of maybe 4-6 other companies, he was the only one that offered a reasonable fair price to come out and troubleshoot. He took his time, was thorough, prompt, accommodating, professional, transparent, and completely honest with the diagnoses of our issues. Came out a 2nd time with no issue at all to take care of some lingering problems, and followed up later to make sure the system was still running smoothly. Very knowledgeable and was able to have our system up and running quickly. I will recommend his services to others!
