  • Carnell came out yesterday to do our semiannual service and he was fantastic. This has been a very nice company to work with!

  • Worked with Javier on my Laundromat in Albany Park. He replaced the old 5-ton roof HVAC, and did our domestic boiler system. He even came by late at night to fix a leak on the old boiler and after installing the HVAC we brought him on to do the ductwork cleaning. Everything installed to a high quality standard and has been operating flawlessly for over a week now. Will definitely be using him again for other projects!

  • Phenomenal service, incredibly professional and highly competent. Javier and his team really got us out of a sticky situation right before the weather hit single digits. Javier is one of those pros that just gives you confidence that the work is being done right the first time. This is the second time Javier and team have come through for us, and though I hope to never have to reach back out, If I ever do, I won't blink an eye.

  • Amazing experience with Aircor. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night on the coldest day of the year and our apartment was getting colder by the minute. Aircor called me back first thing in the morning to schedule a time to come look at it. They arrived at the beginning of their window, were polite, quiet, and quick, and were very forthright about pricing. Our technician, Javier, was great and not only solved the issue but had our furnace working better than before. I could not them recommend enough!

  • Aircor are honest guys who deliver consistent results without the pressure of feeling like your being hustled. They are long time pros and back up their work with integrity. In the HVAC industry it’s getting harder to find high quality outfits that you can trust and feel good about working with- AirCor is them.

  • I was very happy with the service we received from AirCor. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done.

  • I purchased my home at the end of 2023. Aircor installed both the boiler and air handler in 2023 for the previous owner, as indicated by Aircor service stickers on both units. In May 2025, when the AC failed to turn on (though both systems worked in 2024), I contacted Javier at Aircor. He claimed there was no record of the installation at my address but acknowledged the presence of two thermostats in the home. He offered to schedule a service visit, stating that parts might be covered under warranty, but labor would not be. During the call, he mentioned that the previous owner, a commercial real estate company, might have registered the installation under a different address. Skeptical of a contractor who wouldn’t stand by their work, I hired another contractor to diagnose the issue. They determined that the blower motor in the two-year-old Trane air handler was defective and needed replacement. The contractor ordered the part from a local supplier, but we remained without AC as our newborn son’s due date approached. Our son was born at the end of May, and with hot days ahead, we still had no blower motor. After two weeks, the supplier informed me they couldn’t release the motor without payment of $2,400, which they would refund if Trane verified it was a warranty issue. Unwilling to proceed under those terms, I contacted Javier at Aircor again. Javier became defensive, stating I “did not follow the steps” by paying him for a diagnostic visit. Frustrated, with a newborn son and a postpartum wife suffering in the heat, I left a poor Google review. Javier quickly responded publicly, citing American Standard’s warranty transfer policy, which allows installers to charge diagnostic fees and labor for their installations. What bothered me most was how quickly he changed his story about the installation and dismissed my situation because I hadn’t paid his diagnostic fee. Ultimately, I secured the motor under warranty for free (actual cost is $450—far less than the supplier’s $2,400 quote, which they could refund at their discretion. Javier at Aircor could have been transparent about the installation and worked to retain a customer rather than prioritizing a few hundred dollars in fees. Instead, his approach reinforced my distrust in the HVAC industry, which often seems to protect itself at the expense of homeowners in need. I’ve since hired a reliable contractor who corrected the installation and consolidated both systems to run on a single thermostat. I’m out $450 (for two service calls, a transformer and thermostat), endured several hot nights with a newborn, and gained a new perspective on the HVAC industry.

  • I had a whole house humidifier and mini split system installed by Aircor. As a mechanic myself I was impressed by the cable management and efficiency of the installation with my existing system. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Nice job

  • AirCor replaced one of two furnaces, removed two outside air conditioning units and installed a new furnace and two heat pumps. The job spanned 5 days (actual work was 4 days with one day off due to snow). It was amazing to me how efficient they were. They added humidifiers and media air cleaners on both units at no extra charge. I got 4 estimates on this job and not only was this the most thorough, but it was also the 2nd least expensive. They had to cut pieces out of soffits to replace linesets. They patched, painted, and cleaned when they were done and, except for the new hardware, you can't even tell they were here. Incredibly neat work. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

  • I HIGHLY recommend AirCor for all your HVAC needs as I have had several very positive experiences with Aircor recently. First, my aunt needed a new HVAC system in Roscoe Village. Aircor came in with the best quote out of four other HVAC installers. They worked very hard to install it properly and were quick to respond when we asked for some follow-up adjustments. Second, a few weekends ago, my own furnace started to act erratically and stopped blowing hot air. In a panic, I called another HVAC company famous for their $29.97 fall inspections and 24/7 service. Well, there is a reason for that cheap price and quick response as they tend to gouge people after the inspection and pressure-scare you to make a quick decision. The quote they gave me to fix my furnace was over $8,500 (apparently for a new heat exchanger, blower motor, surface ignitor and gas valve). This "all-letter" company wanted over $700 just to replace a $25 firing pin. So, I waited until Monday and called Aircor as they have inspected and fixed my furnace before. Javier was prompt to call and arrive. He diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Guess what? What needed fixing (and mere cleaning) was a dirty flame sensor for $242. My furnace was running within an hour. Thank you Aircor! As a result, I will always call Aircor for my HVAC needs. They are honest and fair dealing in their business.

  • Air Cool fixed shorted wiring in my furnace recently and performed duct cleaning. Service was excellent and prices fair.

  • Highly Recommend! We purchased an entirely new HVAC system (heating and air conditioning) for our home last Fall. The service was outstanding and the owner personally involved every step of the way. The are also honest and fairly priced. We got multiple estimates and AirCor was the most transparent on costs and the most fairly priced. The owner also has been available post installation to answer our questions. We are extremely satisfied. They are professional, honest and stand behind their work.

  • 5 stars -- Outstanding!! We purchased a new furnace and AC unit at the same time. The service was outstanding and the price fair. I would highly recommend Javier and AirCor.

  • They did an awesome job, we're very professional, hard-working, and all for a very fair price. They're my go-to HVAC company now. 👍🏼

  • I have used Aircor in two emergency settings and 2 routine installs. Each and everytime they have sent out professional and knowledgeable technicians. They always update on ETA and get right to work when they show up. I own short-term rentals and have had some ac emergencies while guests are staying. Aircor has been prompt and gets the job done! Special shot out to Javier and Pablo in Chicago, great employees!

    Edward R.

  • Javier took great care of us. He was responsive and came within an hour when our AC went out. Overall would highly recommend.

    Michael C.

  • My wife and I hired Javier and his team to replace our failing AC unit/coil. They did a wonderful job and the price was very fair. We are on the 4th/5th floor with no elevator and those guys brought the new equipment up without breaking a sweat!

    Beau D.

  • We highly suggest AirCor for any HVAC-related services!! They are super responsive and willing to do the work at a moment's notice with very fair pricing which is a true rarity in the Chicago area. We were in desperate need of both a brand new HVAC and A/C unit which they were quickly able to install in a day. Did I mention our A/C happened to be on our roof 3 stories up with no direct access/ladder? They said 'not a problem' and used their own resources to safely bring down the old unit and install the new one with no issues. Use Aircor if you need the work done right and done quickly. We look forward to using them for all our maintenance needs going forward as well.

  • Aircor replaced a furnace and a hot water heater within 24 hours of providing a quote. Great service, efficient installation, showed up on time. Clear quote, no surprises, the team leader provided a quote then set up his team and was there for completion too, making sure everything worked and answering our questions. The install team worked continuously, did a great job and cleaned everything up after themselves. Highly recommend.

    Harald J.

  • Disgusting customer service, paid to have a new AC system installed. Not even a year into it, the AC makes a loud noise as if it were overheating and overworking itself. They came to “work on it again” and the problem still persists! Now I’ve been ghosted and can’t get anyone to call me back. Pathetic

  • Aircor HVAC air conditioning and heating, Inc. did a great job. Javier was very easy to coordinate and work with and everyone on the crew was very professional. Their team was very efficient and kept us up to date throughout the process. We were impressed and would recommend their service.

    Kim O.

  • Javier and his team were professional and on time to arrive and install the new HVAC system for my house. I would highly recommend Aircor to everyone that is looking for installing the new HVAC. Thanks Javier and your team.

  • Replaced my entire furnace and ac unit. Came when they said they would, did what they said they would, finished WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD!!! Very rare in this world. Thoroughly cleaned up after. Highly recommended. Thanks Javier and team!

    Mike M.

  • They helped me think through my options when my old air conditioner broke and installed a brand new one within a week (for a better price than other quotes I had!). Can't recommend enough.

    Alice O.

  • We had a burst pipe in our utility room over the weekend and needed the furnace to be removed in order to access/repair the leak. Aircor was able to fit us in right away and the technician that came out to help us was exceptional. Javier was professional, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help us with the urgent situation. He arrived right away and quickly had the furnace uninstalled. While the leak was being repaired he remained available and re-installed the furnace as soon as the leak was fixed so that the heat was off for as little time as possible. It was clear from our experience that Javier really cared about helping us in any way he could. This was our first time using Aircor and we will definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs. Thank you!

    Courtney M.

  • Very please. Technitian was on time, professional, and polite. He explained the problem, the cause, and the solution.

    Mike S.

  • Fast service, polite technician, affordable for last minute repair.

    Ramona Z.

  • Javier was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and resolved our issues. Great communication from the entire team.

    Elizabeth B.

  • Glad I grabbed Javier’s card last year after he was at my building for a 3rd Installs. All the units in my building were installed at same time so they are being replaced slowly. When I saw they were here the most, I thought they had to be good. He was very professional. He provided different options for my unit. He took time to explain the differences. His crew very professional, polite and took steps to keep things neat. Highly recommended.
