Amazing service from start to finish. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and left everything clean after the repair. My AC works like new again!

Do NOT call these people. They charged $160 just to show up to do a “diagnosis” and wouldn’t even go into the basement to check the breaker box, but wanted to charge $1200 to replace the whole unit…HARD PASS on these rip-off artists

Highly unprofessional, unreliable, and have no sense of respecting the appointment times they make with you. I scheduled a technician to come in over the weekend, and I requested them to send a Certificate of insurance (COI) way ahead of time. They kept over promising and underdelivering - no COI was sent out. The day of the actual appointment, the technician doesn’t show up. When I called the office they told me they don’t work on weekends so cannot get a COI to me, and asked me to reschedule.

Two guys come over, turn on my wall AC unit and tell me that the unit has a broken compressor and that either the compressor needs to be replaced or the unit needs to be replaced. No additional attempts to do any diagnostics or repair of the unit. THAT'S IT. I get charged $180 for the house call. The house call lasted less than 10 minutes. So then they tell me that if I purchase a new unit from them, the house call visit would be included in the price of the new unit. The quote for a new wall unit they gave was $1700. Are you kidding me? You can find comparable units for less than $800. This place mugged me for $180.

Terrible experience. This company seems to have multiple google accounts businesses with a phone number that leads to the same customer service people. - called to schedule a chemical clean for mold. they told me that b/c my unit was large it would be better to chemical clean than just buy a new one. - when the men arrived, they looked for 2 seconds in the vent and said I should just buy a new one. I could either pay $150 for this diagnostic or put that money towards a new unit. I opted for the latter. - scheduled delivery of new unit two days later. they did not arrive in the delivery window nor did they reach out. I called multiple times and was told over and over they were on their way. - rescheduled for the next day. again, did not arrive during the window and they did not reach out to me. When I contacted them, they informed me they didn't actually have the unit I ordered in stock so were sending a more expensive unit (without consulting me.) - I asked for a refund. 3 weeks later and I still have not got it. They claim they Zelle'd me back but there is nothing in my account. Customer service is rude and dismissive when I call. - I have called them 23 times throughout this whole thing and never once got a call from them to address this situation.
