In all my life, I have never had such a positive call with someone from customer service from any company. I think the person I talked to at Home Energy was Molly (not sure of the correct name). From the second she picked up the call, she was courteous, empathetic, learned about the problem, and clearly provided solutions to every one of them. She carefully listened to all of the issues I had, and never once interrupted me. At no point did she deviate from the problem at hand. It was such a wonderful experience that I thought I should share a review. Great job @Home Energy for hiring such amazing staff.

I Unexpectedly required a tank replacement.Everyone from the emergency line, on call technician, @home staff and contractors were great, knowledgeable and great communicators. Made something which could have been pricy… painless. Would definitely recommend!
