• My son highly recommended Climate Control when I was looking for air conditioning solutions during the latest heat wave as they had installed a ductless unit for him a few years ago, and I understand why. Although it was a busy time, Steve responded quickly and arranged an on-site visit to quote within the week. The price was excellent, and we were able to schedule an installation date soon after. The installation team was great…friendly, skillful, neat, and efficient…and I like that Steve checked in during the install and followed up to make sure we were happy. They took their shoes/boots off in my home and respected my living space and kept everything clean and tidy. I was very impressed once again with climate controls service and staff as this has been my second experience with this company. • Our viesman boiler was flashing an F4 error code and we had no heat or hot water during a huge winter storm. The entire city was shut down due to this storm and everything was closed on a Monday morning. My husband called the emergency hotline and Steve called him right away, did some troubleshooting, and determined that the exhaust vent was most likely plugged due to the heavy snow that had fallen. Steve was FANTASTIC and assisted in solving the issue and walked him through everything over the phone. FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! We are very appreciative of this excellent service! • Had Climate Control install a heat pump in the summer of 2024. Not only did they offer the best price, they also were willing to work with me to select the heat pump which was the best fit for our house (no overdoing things and selling me a bigger unit than needed). They beat the competitors price by literally thousands of dollars. Steve and his team were curteous, quick, easy to work with and they didn't treat me like an idiot or bombard me with numbers like their competitors did. They also were happy to come back a few months later free of charge to check-in on the unit and make a small adjustment. • Just had a new Lennox furnace installed by Climate Control and I couldn’t be happier. As a single mom and a home owner I was pretty worried when my old furnace just stopped working all of a sudden. I called climate control as they were the ones who installed my AC unit 2 years ago. Within no time, a friendly, knowledgeable technician was at my door. He discussed my options and really put my mind at ease. I decided to replace my 23 year old, no longer faithful furnace. Within 24 hours, I had a brand new unit installed and working! They worked non stop for about two hours, they were friendly and helpful, they cleaned up PERFECTLY! and they took the time to explain everything to me.
