  • Technician came late as a result of issues with his previous install. I understand issues can happen. A better communication protocol would have help. Instead of not knowing when things will happen is not a good experience. The HomeStar acknowledged the issue and hopefully my feedback will improve the experience of other clients. On the positive note, the technician didn't rush through the job and took time to ensure everything is done properly. I updated my Star rating from 1 to 4 because the company did respond to me and the technician did a good job.

  • I recently got an heat pump installed and the service I received from Mehdi and Hosain was excellent they walked me through everything how to set up the smart thermostats the height of the heat pump they also gave me the best options of where to place the heat pump, these guys were very professional I highly recommend them coming and servicing your home at any point in time. Great job, so great I don't think I'll be seeing them again because they did such a great job thank you so much.

They were incredibly patient and took the time to address every question and concern I had throughout the process. They worked long hours throughout the day to ensure everything was done right, and they stayed to verify that the new furnace, my existing AC, and the thermostat were all communicating and working perfectly together. ​I also want to mention the sales representatives, Tony and Kazi. He was reliable in his word, contacted on his own initiative when there was scheduling mishap, and the installation process was smooth and easy. The unit was much bigger than I expected.. which was shared to me that all newer models are getting bigger, as they are more efficient

  • This is the second time I had purchased furnace from HomeStar. The first time was 14 years ago, there was a warranty repair and HomeStar came and fixed it without problem. Current installation took place one day after I had placed the order and installation went well. Installer placed protective material to protect my carpet when transport the old/new furnace, cleaned up the area after. I will recommend HomeStar if you look for furnace/air conditioner.
