• The plumber we had was excellent ! He asked questions and listened to us about our sink not draining. He went the extra mile and rebuilt the entire pipe assembley for sink and dishwasher under the sink as the main p trap was old and the threads did not match the new part needed. He discovered that 7 years ago the connection to the dishwasher was put in backwards. That was part of the problems we were experiencing. Our sink has never drained as well as it does now.

• The technician was honest, took pride in his work, and found a workaround for a tricky job. Kudos to Bruce! However, the billing process was very unclear and ended up being $400 more than I had expected. I paid the invoice the day that the work was completed, and realized the next day that the amount was higher than expected. After following up several times with their office, I was told that I had misunderstood and that the call-out discount I had been verbally quoted had already been applied to the invoice. However, as their invoices do not itemize their work/costs, it is impossible to know what has already been included or, in this case, deducted. I was offered a $200 in-store credit instead of a full or partial refund of the $400, which was unsatisfactory as I won't use them again due to this experience with their billing/admin team. This job was for my senior-citizen parents, for whom the extra $400 cost was significant and unexpected. Further, while querying the invoice, the team member asked me how I could claim/know what the cost of this work should be and kept repeating to me that I had paid the invoice in full at the time of the work, therefore accepting the quoted amount, despite my explanation that I hadn't noticed until the next day that the amount was higher than expected. She repeatedly said to me, "You paid the invoice, did you not?". It was an unpleasant experience and very low on customer service.

• way too overpriced and the people on the phone were very rude and interpretive, and the person who recommended me to this company had the same service for 600$ and my service which was the exact same was 850$. Mr rooters was the company that I ended up going to and let me say 10 out of 10 experience, they actually helped without any problems, or being hostile and the two guys who came were very nice and cooperative, asked if they needed to take their shoes off, kept a sweet conversation going through the duration of their time at my house, just an absolutely wonderful experience after dealing with this unprofessional attitude from hydro-flo
