  • I have had mysterious vibrating noise in my apartment for 10 years. I knew it was coming from a/c related source but that is a tough gig to figure out which one if it is not yours. After 10 years and repeated requests to my building manager, Kyle took the time to isolate where it is coming from (4 potential sources all over the place) and fixed it. In the middle of summer. Turned out to be some vibrating a/c equipment in one of my neighbor's units that was attached to a metal stud running to my unit. Incredible! I owe Kyle my sanity as I reported this a few times and I usually got "hmmm...you are hearing mysterious noises...hmmm" 🤣. Thanks Kyle! This was above and beyond.

  • From begin to end, provided the BEST service available period! Friendly and understand staff. I called on Monday morning and we were told Tuesday because all the AC companies are busy - its the season. They changed the call and showed up late Monday morning WOW (great old school service). The technician figured out the problem in 20 minutes and was done in 1:30 because he needed to get a part the blew up. I am so, so happy with the service!!! YOU DON"T NEED ANYONE ELSE :)

  • Nothing to do with service. Driving on Benvoulin today and someone in your truck heading to Mission area was riding right behind my vehicle. Couldn't have been more than 2 feet between our vehicles. When I braked then went into the turning lane, he slowed down right beside my vehicle. As I didn't look at him, I could just imagine what vicious verbiage he was spewing out of his mouth. Road rage. If he is dangerous on the road, I could imagine how this person does his job. Also very concerned about how he conducts himself on the job. Not my kind of business to call on. Best to get rid of this angry person from your employment. Very bad for business.

  • Inland Comfort Air were extremely responsive to our property manager who called them after we advised we were having issues with our old existing A/C system. The technicians sent to our office were professional, friendly, and communicative. They explained the situation in lay terms so that we could understand as they replaced the system and dealt with any issues. It's wonderful having A/C that works in this heat, and we would happily recommend Inland Comfort Air to others.

They have always been swift to return our emails and phone calls to address matters. Additionally, our tenants have found their technicians professional and courteous while on site. I couldn't say anything better about this company and its nice to know that there are still contractors that need minimal supervision to get the job done right the first time!
