• We absolutely loved having Zach and Matt visit our daycare to do an instal. They were respectful, understanding, and so kind with the children in our care . They took the time to introduce themselves (as they were working in the classroom), bring stickers, toys and timbits for the children so they were less intimidated by strangers in the classroom. Our staff were blown away by their kindness and willingness to show up for the job they were doing but also for the children in our care !! We would absolutely recommend them!

• On multiple occasions Kimco has not shown up on time or not shown up at all to a scheduled service call for my client's businesses. When my clients have to close or cancel business operations to accommodate a service schedule, its critical that Kimco should show the level of respect and professionalism required for these circumstances which would include at the very least a phone call advising of any change that was unavoidable. Further to this when performing service visits with extensive work involved, Kimco fails to allow for enough time to complete the work as planned forcing follow up visits that require further shut downs of business operations. I do not recommend this company whatsoever for smaller businesses and especially businesses in the peripheral communities like for example Vernon, BC as they will not prioritize the job and offer zero accountability for their flippant attitude toward failing to meet reasonable customer service standards and scheduled site service times that were agreed to well in advance.

• Whoever was driving a Kimco van through Raymer elementary school zone today almost hit my daughter IN THE CROSSWALK!!!!! (Female with a cap on looked right at my kid and didn’t bother slowing down or stopping) The driver did not go 30km/h as posted because it’s a school zone they were speeding saw my daughter and didn’t bother stopping for her trying to cross and straight up would have ran her over and killed her had she not stopped. Cleared my kid by less than a foot.Terrible dangerous driving. I was furious and still am. Phoned and reported to front desk. Hopefully this driver is fired before they kill someone’s child speeding through another school zone or another pedestrian in a crosswalk since they can’t comprehend stopping.

• Just watched a driver from kimco kelowna speed up to make it through a yellow instead of safely stopping. Yellow dosnt mean speed up to beat the red thank God the person in the other lane noticed and didn't complete thier turn. Safty of yourself and others on the road should be a priority.

• Whoever was driving a Kimco HVAC van on the North Shore in Kamloops at 9:11 PM tonight was an incredibly dangerous driver. No use of signal lights while changing lanes and actively cutting people off. Tailgating aggressively like a bully on the Overlander Bridge. This was sketchy and unsafe. License plate started with 2697 but I couldn't read the rest.

• We were experiencing water hammer like noises for weeks in the pipes through multiple units of my condo building. Investigation through alternative companies was done on several occasions with no resolve. Dennis from Kimco was called and had identified potential problems the same day. • Mark was extremely helpful when I needed assistance resetting the system settings on a Peco Thermostat the other day. He emailed me a copy of the setup manual which had long been misplaced on our end, and summarized the instructions in 3 easy steps.
