Knowledgeable, friendly, terrific pricing and incredibly responsive. Mr. Janssen waa able to help me twice in a week for three issues that came up while preparing my house for sale. Our AC recently went out and I called Janssen heating and cooling. I was impressed how quickly he arrived. We had a very old ac unit that quit working. Steve diagnosed the problems and pointed them out to us he gave us some options on what to do, we chose to upgrade our ac, and glad we chose him to do it. Steve is great! He thorough, finishes the job whatever the problem arises. We had several issues with our HVAC from the previous "owners" neglect. Our ducts were to small. They needed to be replaced and the return need to be larger. He came up with solutions that were, manageable with our budget and our time. Very thankful. In addition we have Bethalto water and had enough! We wanted to install a whole house filter water, softener and reverse osmosis for drinking. He was knowledgeable all processes and guided us. And what a difference! No color in the water, no more cleaning everyday and my water taste really good. I love it. Steve was absolutely phenomenal. Originally called another company who had installed my new HVAC system and was deemed a non emergency and my scheduled appointment was pushed out 2 days. Called Steve and told him how uncomfortable the noice coming from my furnace room was making me feel. He arrived to my house within 20 minutes and discovered a burst pipe in the crawl space right underneath the HVAC system. He was quick and efficient with the service and we are back up and running!
