Steve was recommended to me by my father. And man, I can see why! Working with Steve was very easy. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and works hard to get you what you need at a fair price. We had Steve put in a brand new system for our new house, and he had to work around other teams like mold remediation, inspections, and drywall install. He worked through the schedule with me and we made it happen. Because of all the moving parts in our case, I also had to do a fair bit of DIY in the closet where the new heat pump went, but Steve worked through the plan with me and made sure I knew what needed to happen for his equipment. I highly recommend Jones Heat & Air.

i typically fix our HVAC System by changing capacitors and contactor. but 2 days ago, it wont turn on. researched all and check fuses with no avail. yesterday, i called steve, which i do not know. asking to book us. instead of booking, he helped me in the phone and explain to me what i need to do. and got our HVAC fixed😊.. he did not even think of getting paid.. he just helped me, a complete stranger in the phone.. so rare for a person that runs a busness. he just helped us get through this summer heat.. what a honest guy.. so, if you are looking for a trustworthy, helpful and caring HVAC person.. that would be Steve (Jones Heat and Air).. again Steve, thank you for your help and pray for more power on your busness and continue on doing good to others.. good karma comes around.. Steve @ Jones Heating & Air was great. The motor in our hvac unit went out. I got Steve’s number as a referral from a friend. Steve came out to troubleshoot the system the same day I called. He was back to next morning to install a replacement motor. Great communication and service.

We had an AC need and was referred to Steve at Jones AC. If only everyone in this trade, and all trades for rust matter, could be as knowledgeable and easy to work with as Steve. Great service, great follow through, great solution based approach. Many years ago we were scammed out of $700 for a 5 minute AC repair (probably a fuse), but working with Steve helps to restore faith in the process. Don’t go anywhere else!
