• AHS Home Warranty sent Kalka Plumbing and Air to come and repair a couple of plumbing problems in my house. Kalka also offered to check up my HVAC system. Their tech , Nicholas arrived on time, covered his shoes prior to entering my home, and he was very polite. He truly represented Kalka well by checking the heating and air conditioning systems thoroughly, answering all questions clearly, and explained more specialized technical findings in plain English. He discovered a couple of serious issues that needed immediate attention. The Kalka office attention to the matter was speedy and exemplary in every aspect of taking care of customer needs, such as calls answered and returned, friendly staff, and obvious desire to solve customer equipment issues. I would recommend Kalka Plumbing and Air and their great employees to anyone who needs their services.

It was apparent from the sediment in the drained water that this flush was sorely needed. Derek proved himself to be a proficient plumbing professional from start to finish. • Terrible Experience - Avoid at all costs Back in November 2025, our heater would not turn on so I called Kalka and they sent out a junior technician to look at the issue. He recommended to replace a motherboard since it was "fried" on the outside AC unit. Scheduling the next appointment was a nightmare. We had something in the books so my wife was at home waiting the entire day for the guy to show up but never arrived. No text.. no call..nothing. I had to personally call the company and let them know they never arrived, they apologized and scheduled me for the following week. He arrived with the part and installed it and the unit was still failing... he didn't know what was going on so they brought out the senior technician to take a look and the bigger issue lied within the furnace in my attic which was going to cost a few grand to fix. I agreed to get this fixed and was notified the part would arrive in about 3 months or so. So here I am in February excited to get some heating and air conditioning back in our home. I call the office and it turns out they never ordered the part...... I'm flabbergasted at this point because not only did they not order the part but they quoted me a few grand higher than the original estimate. I've wasted my time and money here. I've paid for a motherboard that didn't resolve anything and waited 3 months for nothing. If you're looking for HVAC service I would not recommend this company. The search continues for an honest contractor...
