He explained what he was seeing and what was going on with the unit in a way that was easy to understand. Best of all, there was zero upselling, just honest work and straightforward advice. It's rare to find a technician this professional and trustworthy. I'll be requesting Hunter by name next time and highly recommend him.

• One season came through clutch when our business AC went out! Our company building AC went out during a heat wave and it was a struggle to stay productive when trying to deal with that kind of heat. I heard about One Season through a friend and decided to give them a call. Rebecca took my call, she was super friendly, attentive to my issue, and quick to get a day on the schedule to get it resolved. Less than 24 hours from when I placed the call, Hunter arrived onsite to help resolve our issue. He was on time, explained to me what was going on with the unit, told me upfront what he was going to do prior to performing maintenance, explained pricing, then went to work. He got our AC up and running in no time. We ended up signing up for the bi-anual maintenance program to ensure our unit is being properly throughout the year and they even knocked off the service visit fee since we did. Not only that - after some time they followed up to make sure things were still working properly. They do have a year round maintenance package to check on heating and AC to make sure it’s running properly and serviced for a really affordable price. • Zachary provided excellent service for our AC concerns. Our AC was randomly not turning on sometimes, and he did a thorough inspection and tuneup of some areas that may have been contributing to the issue, and gave some next steps as far as parts we can replace if the issue persists. We ended up having to get the parts replaced, and he came back out to confirm what the issue was and quickly replaced the parts. The AC is working beautifully now. We highly recommend this company. They are great at troubleshooting issues and not pushing unnecessary or premature repairs.
